One of my favorite pizza spots is Pizza Factory. Their pizzas are made fresh & have great flavor, I typically go with a classic pepperoni & theirs is great! They offer great family meal deals where, if you call your order in, you have to ask about. The restaurant itself is clean with an ample seating area. They are great for all size groups! They have a small arcade towards the back of the restaurant as well. read more

We ordered dinner tonight from Pizza Factory and it was terrible. The Combination Pizza wasn't good, the Salad was terrible lettuce was brown, mini corn was sour (spoiled), hardly any veggies. Only thing good was the Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie. Won't be going back. A waste of $58.00! !!WAIT!! I would like to retract my comment on Pizza Factory in Valley Springs. The owner called me and apologized for what happened with our food. I was very impressed with a call from the owner (Sunny). He is giving me a total refund. So we will try this again. I hate to be negative when there's a bunch of good reviews, but our food just wasn't that good for the money. We ordered the combo pizza and a French bread pizza. The combo pizza was passable, but not particularly good, and the dough just seemed very much like fast food type. The French bread really wasn't good though. I would literally much rather have a frozen Stouffers French bread pizza. Besides the bread being subpar, we ordered it with sun-dried tomatoes. Sun-dried tomatoes always have kind of a raisin type consistency because they're dehydrated, but these were downright like leather and almost impossible to even chew or eat. I'm going to give them an extra star because the delivery was very prompt. read more

Yukkers. My daughter and grandkids visited and ended up staying an extra day. I had no food to prepare for dinner. They wanted pasta. The lasagna was pretty gross tasting to us. We thought they used bbq sauce. It would be ok if it were advertised this way; but when you order lasagna, you think of traditional Italian seasonings. The chicken Alfredo was better; but very mild spice-wise. We added nutmeg And found the sauce was much better when you dip the garlic sticks in it. I don't think no I'll Be back. read more

Quality has gone way down hill since the new owners have bought it unfortunately. I ordered delivery to my house and made sure to get a big thing of ranch for my family and they gave us blue cheese which I absolutely hate the taste of. Do not order a sandwich from here. Had three pieces of paper thin sliced meat that didn't cover half the sandwich, the tomato slice was as small, it had wilted lettuce and dry as shoe leather. Never Will go there again. read more

Hit or Miss... We used to love going to Pizza Factory but then ownership changed and so did the service and pizza. There are times when it's good and times when the crust is thin and hard. There is no consistency and the quality just isn't what it used to be. There used to be a team of younger kids that worked so well together. They would be so busy but you could tell they were cranking through the orders and the place just hummed. Now, it's disjointed and doesn't have the same vibe. It's a shame as there aren't a lot of options in town so we now head to Lodi or Jackson when we want pizza. Several of the neighbors have said the same thing. I want to support local businesses but can't unless they provide a good, consistent product with good service. read more

Love our local PF!! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating; we order from here at least once a month. I do wish the salad bar was self-serve, but usually whoever makes my salad does a decent job. All of the ingredients are fresh and crisp. The pizza is divine; the crust is typically thin but lovely texture. We like the white garlic sauce best, but the red sauce is also good. The delivery drivers are always prompt, if not earlier than expected. Pizza always arrives still piping hot! I also love that this PF has some awesome beers on tap when we choose to dine in, and the arcade for the kiddos is decently equipped. The owners are lovely, they support local sports and organizations, and frequently host fundraisers supporting veterans, first responders, etc. We also enjoy the live music on Friday nights! This place really went downhill with the new owners. I used to order here all the time and never had issues with the old owners. The employees were very rude. The Employee had a very heavy accent and became frustrated and rude with Me when I asked him to repeat himself over the phone because I didn't understand him the first time. When I picked up the pizza, the staff continued to be impatient and rude. After arriving home and opening up the pizza, I found out it was undercooked, super greasy and completely fell apart. Sad to say I will not be returning to this pizza factory, and would rather spend the extra money to go to round table. read more

Was looking for a place in town to host a little party and this place was perfect! The owner took great care of us and kept checking in to see if we had needed anything else. The Pizza was delicious, we had ordered an all meat as well as an all vegetarian pizza and it was perfect. Loaded with the right amount of toppings. Don't like feeling that your getting ripped off on anything your spending money on! No complaints about the food. Ordered the pizza & decided to have a small glass of beer for me & my wife. The pizza was $14. and change. When she gave me the total, after adding the 2 small glasses of regular Coors tap beer, she said the total was just under $33. I asked how that could be right when there was a sign on the wall that said bottle or can beer $5.00. She didn't know what to do & a guy walked over & he was as confused as she was. He went back to making pizzas & she walked off. Somebody is making lots of money on the backs of us customers. I don't think any of us mind spending the money as long as we feel it's fair. People that work there need to be more aware of how to fix or help when there's a problem vs walking away. read more

Really bummed. One our favorite places took a turn for the worse. They close at 9pm. We ordered ahead at 7:30 to respect their closing time. 45 min later and pizza not ready. We walk in at 8:15 because we were grave to the location. Pizza not ready games shut down and chairs put up. And the girl comes over and says that we need to be out by 9pm. What's worse is they stay open later to make pizza for delivery until 10. What happened to customer service or just simple politeness. Sad. read more

First and foremost the most important thing in a pizza place is the quality of pizza, right? The pizza here is just awful. Crust is very flat, extremely dry, hardly any sauce at all. Cheese usually comes out orangish / burnt. When you hear people use the term "cardboard pizza" that's exactly what you're getting here. It's seriously terrible. Prices are better than Round Tables, but then again who's isn't? In comparison to other chains, this place is pretty pricey. Atmosphere is good, nice decorations and set up and friendly. That's a plus for this place. Although in the summer days it gets very hot. Customer service is friendly. Helpful enough and don't have many problems. The locals love to be loyal to this place. I'm guessing because if you live in a small town and don't have other options, it's all you really know? Idk, I don't get it. Either way this spot is a hard pass for me. So I'm giving them a 5 star because of their service. We had a large party for end of season there tonight. They were super packed because they run a special on Tuesdays. Despite being extremely busy they were super attentive, stopped to check on us multiple times. They even put up with all our little kids running crazy. The pizza was a bit greasy, wasn't the best but very affordable. Wait time for food was a little long but again, they were packed and did great with what they had.
