I went in last weekend with my family, and at first I thought it was going to be yummy for my kids. Anyways we go ahead in, first off the employee taking our order was in a rush with my order, I thought that was very rude. When my pizza came out, it looked good but as I was eating the dough wasn't cooked right at all. Wasn't too happy about that. The manager was in the front with his employees on his phone! My family and i were pretty avid buyers from this place we would spend 75$ tops on movie nights to have some pizza delivered. A few days ago i ordered 110$ worth of pizzas to have my card charged three times. I do understand this happens sometimes and so i waited for it to hit posted on my account which unfortunately it did. I called them and asked to speak to the manager concerning double charges. The manager refused to talk to me and told the girl that answered to tell me they only charged once. I found it rude and disrespectful, he could have at least gotten on the phone to apologize to me and tell me the steps i should take to get my money back. I filed a claim with my bank and I'm just waiting to see what happens now. The way mountain mikes dismissed me just shows how much they value their customers. So i ordered a specialty Pizza (combination). We started eating it it was cold. Im pregnant so i put in the microwave. Then my bf called manager said. They would bring us a pepperoni. He said go Ahead and keep that pizza. About 10 min go by then the a lady called back (assuming It was the same lady who delivered the pizza and forgot the ranch we ordered). She said dont eat the pizza ill come get it going to show my employee's. She said u want a pepperoni. Right? My bf replied, No i want the pizza we orignally ordered. So we get the 2nd pizza delivered and it hot to the touch but the pepperoni isnt even cooked and the dough was still raw! So gross! Everyone who ate the pizza in my house was throwing up couple hours after the 2nd pizza. My bf went and took the pizza back to the store today and now we are waiting for a manager to call us. read more

Never been a fan of any Mountain Mikes pizza, I avoid it as much as possible. My wife on the other hand loves their crispy pepperoni that is on the pizzas. Today I placed a take out order through the website, I ordered a mini pepperoni pizza for my wife and 6 hot wings with Blue cheese dipping sauce for me. I picked up the order and took it home, the mini pizza was fine, but the wings were under cooked, hardly had any buffalo sauce on them and the blue cheese dipping sauce was missing. I had to put the wings in the convection oven for 10 minutes to finish up the cooking, and luckily we had Franks Buffalo sauce on hand so I could add sauce to them. When I take food home from a restaurant, I don't expect that I should finish cooking them off when I get home. Mountain Mikes has yet to sell me on their food, I'll order pizza for my wife but I will purchase wings from elsewhere. I'm giving two stars for my wife's pizza, the wings I would give you one, only because I can't give zero. read more

Went for dinner with large family with little kids. They advertise how they have new games and prizes. Half games broken and take you money without working. Games give out minimal tickets as reward and prizes are set at high ticket amount level. They also left there door open as people where smoking outside. read more

My aunt decided to try the new one on Kettleman ln for my cousins party and they double booked . They said they would give her the front tables ... hello people are there eating how are you going to do that kick them out!!! Came here for lunch and showed my military ID and as soon as this cashier saw it, he immediately stated that they don't give military discount. I took a picture of the military discount posted in the front of the restaurant for proof. I am writing this review to let this person know this: I signed up and called numerous times to serve and risk everything in defense of freedom including YOURS. The title VETERAN, that I have earned, cannot be inherited nor can it be purchased and I am proud that I have served. Have you? You do not have a clue on what it takes to de deployed in a combat. We went to mountain mikes on Saturday and called in an order for a mountain size pizza and a small pizza. It did cost us like $48 but we expect that for our size of a family. The pizza was really good kids were fully satisfied as well. The waiting time was really fast I mean we called drove there which only took us a few minutes because I called from the wal mart parking lot while on our way there. Got there to pay and they told us it would only take 10 mins which they weren't lying it really did. Great service as well. Love that they have a small party room too. The staff was really nice. Very friendly over the phone when placing an order to go, upon arrival staff was equally pleasant. Dining room was almost completely clean...of clients, was only one family eating there despite the fact that it was dinner time on a weeknight. Employee who helped me was unable to figure out how to make change, needed help from another employee but anyway...my fault for not checking the order before I left but my large pepperoni was so badly burned it looked like it had been cooked on a BBQ. Very black. No flavor at all, except for some charcoal/ashes. I considered offering it to some of the many homeless camped nearby but I doubt they would have accepted. It was THAT BAD. I've had good experiences with one of the Stockton locations, but after reading similar reviews about food that was charred maybe this is the norm for this location I don't know. the pizza is pretty good but I wouldn't expect much from their lunch buffet. it's only $6.99 but if you're going to offer a buffet, then actually have a buffet! Such a nasty place! Me and my family went to this location and there was dead cockroaches under the table we were going to sit at. I can only put one star because I can't go any lower. I have never been this disappointed my entire life. I ordered several pizzas for me and my coworkers, just for 5 of them to be cold and one to be moderately warm. I ordered several sodas as well, then to be shorted 3 of them. I also had coupons saved up to help with the price but they did not want to acknowledge them. I was forced to pay a near 200 dollar bill when it should've been half that. Also, the delivery driver demanded 6 dollar tips for each pizza delivered. This has been the worst experience I have received from a chain restaurant. Horrible service.
