While at the nearby hotel, we went in for a pizza and beer. Quite busy with lots of families. TV's were on. Wished that the Thursday Night Football game had sound, or even closed captioning. It was on the quad big screen. We asked about this a couple times and got a nod but no response. Beer on tap was good. And the pizza was tasty too. Would not avoid this pizza place, but would probably try something else next time in the area, just due to the lack of response. Even to tell us that they cannot fulfill our request. I used to love going to the mountain mikes in Santa Clara when I lived there, when I moved here I was presently surprised to see that they had one here as well. I went online to look for their coupons as the Santa Clara location always had plenty. Service alone was worth the 5 stars. We were looking for a place to have our soccer families gather for dinner. The young lady, believe Catherine, was very helpful with our request. She let us reserve the back room and we ordered the pizzas through her. When we arrived at 6:20 all pizzas were ready. Our teen boys were very thankful for it after playing. Family Pizza Night! I've not been to this location but I was told to check it out so here we are! Staff was friendly as we came in the door. It wasn't super busy so the food came out in great time. We got two small pizzas, the Knots and 4 fountain drinks. Came out too about 60$. This was a bit pricey. But it's a night out for Pizza, averages out too 15 dollars a person so not horrible. The Knots seems pretty greasy, but tasted amazing. The pizzas were the smalls they were also really good. The location looks really inviting, TVs, video games beer and pizza. They also had a really nice looking salad bar. Although the tables were clean the floors in some areas of the restaurant were pretty rough. Food smooshed into the tiles, napkins, straws, wrappers. The building was cold today. The AC blowing at full force seemed windier inside then outside. Really cold inside. I also am keeping in mind that while working it may seem nice but not so much for those of us sitting and not working. The staff was very friendly, I forgot to ask for the ranch cups (I imagine they are at a cost) I offered too pay he said it's all good. BACK at Mountain Mikes for some great tasting pizza. I like this location because dinning area is maintained and clean for our dinning pleasure. This time came in for pick up. Was A bit disappointed because I had to wait for what seamed a while even though I called in my order ahead of time and gave enough time for our pizza to be ready by the time I got there. Oh well, no worries, we were very happy with our freshly made pizza and it was delouse as alway. The family enjoyed their pizza dinner. Walked into the facility less than an hour after they opened and from the time we walked in until just before the time we left two tables were full of used foods where patrons had eaten and left. The young girl worked her ass off taking her orders explaining why they didn't have that and how they could do this, what the prices were and what discounts we could get, while the tall male manager stood there bullshitting with the patron who was a non-paying patron the entire time....again from when we walked in until we left They did not offer all you can eat pizza and salad bar, even though it was on the lit up menu, they did not offer any sandwiches except one because they didn't have any ingredients for it. The all you can eat bar was great however there was no nondairy dressing available and I wasn't told until after I had ordered and filled my salad plate. So now I had a plate full of dried vegetables that I have now had to eat without any dressing Had to order a side pizza because they didn't offer the all-you-can-eat salad pizza bar. One employee working in the back made our pizza. Pizza and salad were great! but where we came in expecting to spend a reasonable amount on an all you can eat pizza and salad bar, we ended up paying over $50 for two all you can eat salad bars without dressing and a small pizza! read more

Employees at this place could use some common sense and customer service. I have been ordering pizza from this place for over 3 years now and for the first time I was given hard time for a pick up that I ordered and paid online. I had the online receipt in my email, app order detail but they insisted on having my photo id for a pickup. I mean what if I sent my daughter to pick up a pizza that I ordered or do you check photo ids when u deliver prepaid orders? That employee was argumentative and literally lost a customer for life.
