If i could give 0 stars I certainly would!! This experience was definitely the last straw. It took a little over 3 hours for pizza and bread sticks to be delivered, 60$ and they left my order by the back door at 10 o'clock at night with no call or anything. Food was completely cold. read more

So I got to Mountain Mike's about 8 pm. I ordered a personal pizza and left a tip when I paid before I received service. About 20 minutes go by and I inquired about my pizza. The pizza cook told me it would be another 2 minutes. 10 minutes go by and no pizza. I inquired again and the pizza cook told me it was given to a pizza delivery and that he would make another. I inquired again and suggested that I should get the pizza for free since I have now waited for over 30 minutes. I was refunded my money. When after waiting another 20 minutes I inquired about my pizza redo. The manager said she decided not to give me the free pizza for waiting. She saw me waiting for a pizza I was never going to get. She said she did not like my tone of voice and said "my bad" for making me wait almost an hour for nothing. I explained that I just came in for a pizza dinner and none of the delay was my fault. All of a sudden she blames me for getting upset for waiting 50 minutes for a personal sized pizza. This is how poorly management treats customers. Worst management and customer service ever. Stay away from this place. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

They've always been, too pricey, but some of their pizzas are always, very good! Their best one is, the Robber's Nest. They, usually, have good service. But I'd like to find a pizza place that, is less expensive, and fits that same description. read more

We have a huge selection of pizza restaurants for our little town. They are very pricey, but they have a good selection. Pizza is a little better than Papa Murphy's but way too expensive for a family. read more

They seem to have somewhat the same quality pizza as all Mt. Mike's franchises. If you go in, it takes a while but the staff is nice. If you call for delivery, they get so busy that they take the phone off the hook. So annoying. Nobody wants to hear a busy signal. Long delivery times. Yikes. we used to go go mt mikes years ago when my husband and children played softball and baseball..things ran perfectly nack then till the late 90's.. we have recently moved back to Paradise and several times bought friends with us for all you can eat pizza..One of my friends had to go chasing the young lady for a piece of Pizza. another time my husband and I came in rather late but it was still within the hours of all you can eat pizza. we got all you can eat salad and sat down and ate it and waited about 30 minutes before we went up and asked where the pizza was. and was told that they quit making it. which seems weird since we paid for it and they should have told us then that they were going to quit making it. I don't know who the manager is right now but I hope the owner gets these references because it's going to hurt his business eventually. read more

Hate the customer service, Called to have 3 mountains delivered ($130.00 worth of pizza) to a party where everyone was drinking and they lied when we called to check in after an hour and 20 minutes saying "the delivery guy was out looking for us as we spoke", called back another 40 minutes only to find out they never placed our order because they don't deliver past skyway and pentz rd intersection even though we were only 2 miles up from there. I can handle the policy and even the fact they made a mistake but the poor handling of the entire situation was unacceptable. All that was needed was to be honest first round or maybe a call back. I recommend eating there at the facility only as a second option to other pizza places read more

Be careful, they don't honor ALL their coupons and charge $2 for substituting green onions for yellow onions. Although only switching one type of onion for another the manager said they can't GIVE IT AWAY! What? Prices are out of line with their competitors. Their pizzas are NOTHING like their pictures. Customer service has declined significantly over the last year. I have been frequenting Mountain Mikes in Paradise for the past 15 years and, they have always done right. This last year however, has had far to many issues with lack of care and service to their products and customers. The last 3 pizzas I ordered for delivery, have been cold, late, and sloppily put together, not to mention, missing items from the order and, rude workers in the store. The price is far to much for service like this. Get it together Mountain Mikes, your fan base is dwindling. These issues must be addressed immediately. read more

we have always had good experiences here with costumer service, and food. my mom ordered online tonight because she wasn't feeling great, and didn't want to call. she had accidentally forgot to order ranch online, and we love their ranch. our order had not left the store, so she decided to call in and ask if she could order it over the phone and pay for it, then have it added to the order. the lady over the phone cackled at her when she asked, and told her in an extremely rude tone, that she could not do that at all. that she had to order in the app and it was too late now and then hung up. we are a little disappointed, as we have never had bad experiences with costumer service here before. read more

The food is good some of the time but when it's good it's good. It's not consistent. Also always a mess soda machine leaks and the part that pissed me off the most is they had a toys for tots box filled with garbage. read more

I was a regular customer, then the pizza was delivered fairly overcooked (pre-burnt) not once, but 4 different occasions over the course of the year. The staffs' phone etiquette is lacking. Soft skills need to be trained back into each an every one of the employees who answer the phone. read more

We came in tonight for all you can eat pizza with at least 15 people (kids, toddlers and adults). We arrived at 5:55pm ready for pizza! Things were going well for the first hour or so! And then as soon as 7pm hit, things came to a screeching halt! From 7:20-8:20, we didn't have 1 pizza come by our table. We brought this to their attention 3 times during the hour and they apologized and promised that pizza would be out quickly. But it never came. Our frustrated group finally left around 8:30pm! We were there for 2.5 hours. Paid $10 each. And hardly received any food. Very irritating. We will not be back again for all you can eat. read more

Soo frustrating to order a pizza to b delivered and every time barely any toppings. I usually order 1 time a week and the last 5 or 6 orders have been 11/2 hours to get order. This order was just for my son Small 1 topping pizza with couple sides of ranch is 16$ and they put 4-6 pieces of meat only. Of course I call each time and this time sierra the manager offers no apology and says they will make it again but I have to pick up!! Get it together train ur people. OMG the pizzas are sooo good! Anything; white sauce, meat, veggies! Everything is fresh. Delivery is pretty fast and my pizza is never cold.
