I've ordered from this location a few times. I like their Tuesday/Thursdays half off large pizza deals. There is some parking here in this small strip mall. I usually get the white pizzas here and have enjoyed them. The crust is nice and doughy, and the white sauce is tasty. The toppings are good. The pizza slices are often sliced very small though so some of the slices are often a funny size. But my husband and I always finish the pizza in like 1-3 days. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced the front desk employee during the night shift on 12/5 at 8:30 pm at this location refused to give his name after I asked for it various time denied to deliver a pizza for my dad after explaining to him that the delivery person handed it to the wrong address/person. He was extremely rude and was accusing us of lying. We had made a call stating to please leave it at the door since no one would Be home at that time, instead they handed it to the wrong person, which is fine mistakes happen but he made it seem like we took it. I asked him if they could deliver another one and instead of being helpful in this situation he spoke to us very rudely and sarcastically. He told me why I was getting " worked up" over pizza and I told him the issue was not the pizza at this point but instead his unwillingness to help. Going into the resturant to order the pizza you are greeted with a pleasant smell of fresh cooking pizza, our pizza didn't take too long to get ready (maybe 20-25 minutes) and they even had a pizza storage area to keep the pizzas fresh if it comes out early. We ordered the McKinley Pizza, and the pizza had tasty high quality ingredients on it, as well as not being super greasy like other establishments I've been to in the past. Would give 4.5 stars if Yelp allowed. Pizza was correctly baked, delivered fast and at $40 for 2 large pizzas (coupon deal) the price was right. My nit picks are the topping ingredients are a bit cheap, like not enough cheese, sausage is a bit sketch etc. The pizza actually came 30minutes faster than the ordering page said which is enough of a discrepancy to cause issues. Better estimates are needed. They cut the slices pretty small so don't get too excited by "14 slices". All of these items are nit picks and fine given the price point. read more

I'm surprised the reviews for Mountain Mike's aren't higher. As a lifelong pizza connoisseur and former teenage pizza cook, I'd say MM is one of the better pizza delivery options in Redwood City. The crust is dense and substantial, toppings are sufficiently applied. The only downside of MM in my opinion is that they're quite a bit pricier than other local chains, even after applying coupons. Still, if I'm hosting guests or just want something better than low-end pizza, MM is my go to. read more

I had pretty low expectations for chain business pizza but they made a great cheese pizza and Hawaiian pizza with a perfect crust, a delicious Caesar salad, and yummy boneless wings. The honey garlic on the wings was flavorful with a slight kick. While they got our order for wings flavor wrong (ordered honey mustard), I was still happy with the honey garlic I received. Most importantly, the service was fast -- we had people over and expected our usual pizza place to be open, but that wasn't to be and small hungry children were waiting to be fed pizza.
