Was in town for work and craving pizza, Mountain Mike's had very good reviews so wanted to check it out to watch the Dodgers, have a beer and pizza. Came here two nights in a row and it would have been a 5 if I only visited the first night. They had a Buffett of pizza and salad and a drink, took advantage of it and really enjoyed the everything. Lots of variety on the Salad bar, blue cheese was tasty and the pizza was very good. Had a large Modelo as well, perfect! They have indoor and some outdoor seating, video games, lots of TV's and lots of seating, casual atmosphere, all great things. Came back the second night thinking I would get the all you can eat Buffett again, sadly, they did not have any pizza out for the Buffett, no worries, deciding to get. Personal pizza and a salad bar. For some reason, you can't get an individual salad bar if you are eating there, you have to get all you can eat, again not the end of the world, but a slight ding. Then I would think a personal pizza would take a short amount of time, but I was wrong. It took over 30 minutes to get my pizza, then it sat on the counter for awhile and I had to go ask for it, by that time, it was warm not hot and started to get soft, disappointing after my first night, but still like the place, maybe better time management on the pizza's and I would give it 5 stars. Enjoy! read more

I can't wait to return to Mountain Mike's Pizza in Santa Maria, CA. The place was spotless, the service was gracious and the price was less than I expected. Being adventurous my wife and I tried their Aloha Hawaiian Pizza. It was delicious! A perfect fusion of Chicago-style soft raised crust in the middle, with NY-style slightly crunchy bottom and curls of cheese on the top! It was the best pizza I've ever had! Mountain Mikes slices their pizzas into 10 slices, perfect for party sampling; or so kids can easily handle them all by themselves with ease! I can't wait to return with a larger group, so I can taste some of the other gourmet pizzas they offer. read more

Food: 4. Came by around 9 pm on a Tuesday. Place was empty when I arrived. There is a salad and pizza bar. They serve draft beer. They also have a few arcade games. My small pepperoni pizza was provided timely and at the right temperature. Pizza hit the spot as I was hungry. Staff was efficient but not necessarily welcoming. Some tables were a bit messy. read more

Ordered a large pepperoni, mushroom, and olive for pick up. When we got there, we decided to stay as it wasn't too busy (3:30pm) we also ordered a salad, we were super happy about the salad bar-fresh and delicious!! The wait was reasonable, and we enjoyed a very tasty pie! Comfy long booth seating and several TVs kept us occupied while our mouths were full We will try the thin crust next time!! Price was reasonable, size was good, the pepperoni had a nice kick. Plus plenty of slices left for the munchies later. read more

We went to get a discount deal and were very disappointed with it, it was only 4 small slices of pizza 2 pepperoni and 2 Hawaiian. The pizza was so bad that we decided that our frozen pizza is sadly better. the lady was nice who assisted me yet there was no napkins given. The inside of the restraunt was clean and nice but the outside has never been cleaned it seems dirty tables and chairs we didn't even sit down due to having light colored pants and all over the floor was trash from people that were eating there and also homeless trash consisting of chopped up bungee cords. The salad bar looked quite appealing and fresh yet we did not try it, we will most likely not be coming back. read more

I was craving a pizza and I ordered the large pie to take home for my drive back to LA. The pizza was just perfect bite to address my cravings. Everything is just cooked perfectly and lots of toppings and done fast. read more

Great pie. They have my favorite little pepperonis on their pizza. Kids love going here and the pizza always hits the spot.

Tried to reach out with no response! Sent a check in to ask for contact information but I have not received any response as of yet!!! This was truly a waste of time, money , and would not recommend to anyone.! We arrived at 11:20 or so for the buffet lunch. There was surprisingly only one other gentleman who was there. The salad bar was completely ready for service. I t had a good variety of toppings to choose from. It wasn't until almost 11:30 before any pizzas were ready and available. The entire place had no other customers but one take out order. The girl who was attending ( or not) didn't really engage whatsoever. Not once did she ever ask if we needed or wanted anything in particular, take a plate, or even have additional plates available. So for the hour we were there for lunch, three pizzas were offered on the buffet. I didn't like the pizzas on account of the cheese smelled bad and had a really bad taste. These are all legitimately good reasons we won't return read more

Eat here all the time and food is great. Went here with my family Monday and the pizza tasted stale and was not fresh. Told the two young women working and they said the owners were out of town. They never apologized or tried to make it right. When I told the lady at the register she said "hold on one minute" and went to the back. She then came back out and ignored me and never said anything. Terrible customer service, I was very disappointed. read more

Great food, we would have all done the dinner buffet for the family but it wasn't ready with hot food until 5:40pm, so we just ordered pizza instead. The VIP coupons were confusing to use but you can ask and we paid a little more than was listed. Too much air conditioning. read more

First time coming to this pizza parlor since they took over the space previously occupied by Blaze. Indoor decor is not that different. But....not everyone goes to a pizza parlor for the decor. I certainly don't...! I've always said the best pizzas are the ones where the toppings and cheese go all the way to the edge. That kind of pizza is soooo hard to find in America... But I found it at Mountain Mike's. I am overwhelmed with joy with how much attention to detail their chefs put in to making sure there are a lot of toppings, and they cover almost the entire circumference. You pay a bit more for this type of pizza, but I think that's okay because you're getting a lot more than you would with a "$5 Hot n Ready". I don't remember our cashier's name, but she was so well-spoken and sweet. We felt her sincerity in wanting to provide us with a stellar experience. read more

The pizza was delicious, I'm a Me n Eds fan but Mountain Mikes is my new favorite pizza ever!

Still pretty pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. We got 2 large pizzas delivered all the way to Nipomo tonight. Not only were they prompt with the arrival time, the delivery driver was very courteous, the pizza warm and best of all....the order was 100% correct as ordered. We are beyond pleased all the way around. Definitely adding Mountain Mike's into our pizza delivery rotation . Yum! read more

The pizza was yummy but super overpriced. We got a gluten free crust in a 10 inch with just pepperoni and it was like $22 w/ tax. The service was rude so I'm glad we got it to go. I don't understand how pizza got so stupid expensive. Won't be back. read more

Hooray, finally we get a new pizza place in town. I love when new businesses come to Santa Maria. Especially when their food is amazing. Mountain mikes has been around for a very long time and I had one in a city I are used to live in. When mountain mikes opened in Santa Maria I was curious to know if it would still taste as delicious. My curiosity was for filled when I went to try it out. The pizza is phenomenal. I absolutely love it and their salads are great and fresh as well. Not too hungry to have a whole pizza to yourself? Order the mini, I think that's what it's called. It is a very small pizza that has six miniature slices. It's perfect if you're not too hungry but still want to feel satisfied. You get up to three toppings on it and you won't regret it. The staff at the Santa Maria location is great. Even when they first opened and definitely you could tell how overwhelmed they must have been with the hundreds of orders coming through they still greeted you with a smile on your face and did their best to accommodate you. The only thing I wish is that the location was better. The dining area is just so small there's not enough room to have a lot of customers sitting and eating in. read more

Damn good pizza. And I'm not just saying that because it's the official pizza of the San Francisco 49ers. Excellent taste to the cheese, the sauce, the pepperoni, the crust, and excellent texture to the cheese and crust. $20 for a large pepperoni. Expensive, but as a Niners fan, I gotta support Mountain Mike's Pizza when I can. And how in the heaven do they make the pepperoni curl like that? Had no problem ordering by phone; staff was pleasant. Go Niners!!! read more

The pizza is good, the salad bar is good - problem is: it's just too darn expensive. Prices have risen and it's over $100 for us to take our grandkids out for pizza! The help are quite friendly. Place was pretty clean. Just can't afford to go again. read more

Happy to see MM arrive in SM! PROS: Always liked their pizza, good sauce flavor, one of the few that offers ground beef.... not meatballs. Beef is fresh tasting and overall very good. Salad bar lovely, clean, and super fresh too! Dressings ok but not super special. CONS: More expensive than most if not all local pizza spots. Salad bar is $11, create your own large (14") Is $25 plus $3.50 per topping, so my two topping pizza was over $32 bucks. Might have to stick with Klondike's if we do pizza regularly. read more

This past week we lost our Step Dad to COVID.. I live in LA but I have been home with family and wanted a nice "feel better" meal so I called Mountain Mikes, my FAV new spot in Santa Maria, to place a delivery order on Saturday night... The delivery time was 2.5 hours so I took it as a sign It just wasn't mean to be.. I'm not even upset about the wait time because I know many businesses are experience labor shortages. BUT I was actually pretty sad about it.. We ended up ordering Bello Forno and they actually forgot about our order which was a mess.. but again, labor shortages. anyway.. The following day we were having a pretty tough day of course and I stepped out the front door to get something out of my car and noticed there were two boxes of Mountain Mikes pizza sitting on the doorstep.. Ummm.. I thought maybe my Mom or Brother ordered it for me because they know how special this place is to me.. Neither of them ordered It and it didn't belong to any of our neighbors either.. umm..what??? I called Mountain Mikes to let them know of the situation.. They put me on hold then came back and let me know it was an error of their part and that I could just keep the pizza. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. WHAT WOW OKAY YES! I will GLADLY keep the pizza! This story sounds fake, right? Like I truly believe that I manifested the whole situation. But was it our Step Dad trying to reach out to us? read more

While visiting family I tried Mountain Mike's for the first time. The pizza was really good. The regular crust was good; crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. Me and my family are on a roadtrip and we decided to dine here for our first night. The food was amazing and came relatively fast considering we were 8 people. They let us bring our dog too! Their food is Amazing. My parents wanted to try Mountain Mike's since I let them know they are our new favorite pizza. Placed order online about 4:00 pm on Saturday for delivery about 5:00 pm. Unfortunately my dad had a medical emergency and the order had to be cancelled. Once my dad was feeling better on Sunday the first thing he asked for was his Mountain Mike pizza. I called and spoke with Larry at Mountain Mike's the order will be delivered today. Thank you so much for being so accommodating.I highly recommend Mountain Mike's good food good service. read more

I'm in Santa Maria for 3 days for work and tonight I decided to order mountain Mike's through Uber eats. Again, I can't rave enough about how much I love using Uber eats, especially when I travel. I ordered The McKinley, SMALL pizza with Regular Crust and an individual house salad with Ranch through the Uber Eats app. I was running on the treadmill but watched as my order was processed. I met the driver outside once I saw that she was a minute away. The McKinley is my favorite from MM- tons, tons of ingredients. The red sauce is so tangy (in an awesome way) and the ingredients are so fresh. Large size sausage through out, thinly sliced vegetables and the crust perfectly baked. Mountain Mike, regardless of location (I've been to Angel's Camp, Ontario and Costa Mesa) is always fresh, great value, consistent and delicious! read more

Usually, if we want good pizza we have to drive to SLO. So today, we decided to try out somewhere closer because of high gas prices, etc. So Mountain Mikes it was because I can not stand the other pizza joints in Santa Maria. With hesitation, I ordered the Peak and the Hilo with Jalapeno over the phone for pick up. Pickup was a disaster. Not the right pizza order :( The Peak was on point but instead of the Hilo they decided to give me a peperoni with jalapeno. Long story short, manager corrected our order to the Hilo pizza (which was freakin delicious), through in the wrong pizza in for free and everything was delcious. Customer service was great, pizza was delicious and now I don't have to drive to SLO to get great pizza. read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza - Pepperoni mini pizza with hot sausage - Pizza Near Me - Santa Maria, California

This is a good pizza joint. This location in particular . Ive ordered consistently over the last few months (every few weeks) mainly thru doordash. We had one off meal, burnt mini pizzas. But, the rest were epic pizza nights. The bone-in wings are always so well produced. Artichokes always well applied... this is one of the last pizza joints that doesn't force pineapple on slices yet offers anchovies as a side or topping. When Mountain Mike's is on point... they really are the best pizza in this sleepy valley. I love Patricio In Orcutt most days... great Scott has always been a staple. Bravo and blaze and cuginis...fatte...etc ain't got what it takes . Love to all. But, mountain wins consistently. Dont burn our pizzas. Keep the wings solid. Always give the option of anchovies... never force pineapple (no hate on giving the option of pineapple to those weirdos who like it...) ... Im glad you all set up shop here. Thanks. read more

I don't get pizza often and when I do. I say no cheese but fetta no red sauce but pesto, onions and tomato and gluten-free. They burnt the crust, forgot the pesto and it was way to much cheese and way too salty. This small pizza was almost $19.00 and by the time we finally got there pizza was cold because on top of it wasted our time going to the wrong location which the GPS took us. What a waste of time and money. We won't go back. read more
