I understand when companies are busy but when you seat us, then 5 tables get drinks and food after we are sat in another area we asked to be sat in, then the server walks by us at least 5-7 times and tables who don't have orders walks by and attend "that area"... wtf? I had to 1) go ask hostess about a sever-Juan, watch her go talk to him and him not come even say hello or drink order, and 2) ask bartender if we could order with her, but was declined bc she was busy and helping, understandable, 3) speaking to table about no service as server walked by & he finally asked us if he could get us anything. Wow yes. 20 min. And great quick response time-kudos!!!! Seriously I understand it was busy, maybe he was new but say so, and acknowledge the customers. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My friend and I came in when the restaurant was nearly empty. Alexis told us she'd be right back, but she never returned. Eventually, after about 25 minutes, another server came to take our order. Throughout our visit, we were never given napkins, we had to ask for them ourselves. After our food was served, no one checked on us to see if we needed anything, ask about refills, or make sure everything was okay. We also ordered dessert, and we never got it. Decided to cancel it and get our check. The lack of attention and customer service from start to finish was disappointing, especially considering how empty the restaurant was. Today is Sunday and I figured I would grab a quick bite to eat and a beer before hitting the golf course. I showed up at 10:58 not knowing what time they opened. I walked in and it was evident they were not open. The one employee and up to me and told me I can come in but there are no servers or bartenders and that they open at 11 which I responded, so in 2 minutes, his response was yah I guess threw his arms up and walked away, lol. So I went to Dicks and went shopping. I came back 15 minutes later and the place had life! The bartender, Jamiebel, was super friendly and totally made up for my initial impression. I had the new Kings Hawaiian sliders which were delicious!! I love the face they have every sport on at the same time. My partner and I went the other day and I will say our server Yesenia was attentive and good at her job. This was the first time I've ever had good service as all the other times I've been ignored for long periods of time. Our drinks were good and we got the chips and dip trio for an appetizer which was good. However I have to rate it 1 star as I got 6 honey bbq wings and only ended up eating 3 as something about the texture wasn't feeling right to me. My partner got the combo with bone in and boneless wings with buffalo and garlic Parmesan and ate most of it but shortly before we were going to leave he started feeling gross and ended up having to rush to the bathroom to throw up. This is my first bad experience here. First, arrived and was told we had a 30 min wait, which was fine! My husband went to check in and was told "it's only been 28 mins." Two mins later we were called to our table. Waitress (Alicia) took our drink order, good start. Our food order was taken and started coming out in spurts. Server dropped food down my son's back, a clear accident but not once did a manager come over and apologize. Food was given to the wrong guest, when we announced the mishap, food was brought out after being "re-fired" food was not recooked! It was freezing cold, my granddaughter never got her food. Not once were we offered refills or if our food was okay. I get being overwhelmed and over worked, but where are the standards. When asked for boxes, Alicia decides to hand a box to a guest right across his face. No excuse me, no nothing. Common sense, respect and courtesy are not hard traits to display as a server. While looking for places to enjoy a drink with food on Yelp, we stumbled across B Dubs. After looking at the reviews, we were pretty set in stone with not going there. This was based off the negative reviews on Yelp and many were directed toward the poor service from staff members; However, when we walked in, the Eagles Vs Cowboys game was on and so was the Dodgers game (we got swept by Pittsburgh...) and it was pretty live inside. We waited approximately 20 minutes before being seated and were greeted by our server, Natalia, who was very fast and polite. The food came out quick, and well, it's B Dubs, so the wings were good IMO, everything else was mid. The beer on tap was good and my wife enjoyed the mixed cocktails. Natalia, thank you for your hospitality and this was a reminder, never go solely off the reviews or be quick to make judgements. We ordered to go for 6 people last week and no one was happy with their order. 2 people ordered the grilled chicken dippers and got fries with small bits of grilled chicken, nothing close to something you would "dip" and they were over $16 for three pieces!!! I got the grilled chicken sandwich which had way more chicken than the dippers for a little over $10, it was meh. Two family members remember loving BWW burgers but they definitely weren't like they remembered. We were soooo dissapointed, $100 for the 6 of us, and that was without drinks or anything extra. I drove 4 hours to visit family from Anaheim. I was extremely tired. Front host told me 15 min. Because I was closing my eyes the manager said she cannot serve us alcohol because I was closing my eyes and was falling asleep while waiting. I said that's totally fine. Tv and beer is hard to mess up. So 10/10 for that. Food was ok. But let's be honest, you come here to watch the game, eat, drink, and not have to clean. My low stars is because of the way they split our group of 8 up. Ended up making us sit in two groups of four. Also had to ask for silverware and napkins only to be given 2 forks for the whole table. We asked for waters at least twice. Never got them. Lastly we had to ask to get our plates taken away because they were sitting so long As far as improvements, just better service. When people sit. She barely checked on our table, got part of our order wrong, and didn't offer any apology when we pointed it out. It felt like we were bothering her just by being there. What made it worse was the attitude -- no smile, no courtesy, just a rushed and dismissive tone throughout the meal. We waited way too long for simple things like water refills or even getting the check. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff seemed friendly, but Yesenia's service really brought the whole experience down. This location that we are aware of doesn't have reservations. Others walked in would see friends and staff accomated them to seat at empty tables and push them together. She went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I got to sit in the outdoor dining area with our pup and enjoy the nighttime ambiance along with the beautiful weather that night! Allie served our food order PERFECTLY with absolutely no problems or issues. It was also served hot and tasted amazing! For the past year and a half, our service at this store has been questionable whenever Allie was NOT waiting on us. Some employees were unwilling to serve us outside despite business being slow on those days.
