Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Called to ask about lunch buffet and asked if there are any non-pork options and the worker says no. I asked if he could possibly make a non pork pizza and he hung up on me. Save your time, go somewhere else! read more

Ordered a pizza online around 5pm, PAID and completed my order. When I arrived to pick up my pizza around 5:30pm, the doors were locked, lights on saying open - but no one in the restaurant. No one answered the phone. I was charged for a pizza, and never received it because there is no one at the restaurant! The most unprofessional experience. Google and online state this location is open, but apparently it is not. No one works inside, doors are locked but they will take your money if you order a pizza online! BEWARE! read more

Just went to pizza buffet lunch. This Mountain Mike's is my new favorite location! The location (restrooms included) were clean! The customer service was excellent! The woman who took our order was kind and cheerful, she allowed us to make some requests (very nice personal touch), she checked on us regularly and let us know when the pizzas we liked were out. The pizzas came out fresh and hot, the salad bar was vibrant, the ingredients were fresh, and had many options including several proteins like salami and pepperoni (great for kids or just a really good salad!). This place is nasty. Floors are flooded in the dining area. Bathroom sink is flooded and full of something brown. No toilet paper or toilet covers. I don't want to know what the bathroom looks like. How is this place even open? Left and went to MOD. read more

I tried to order our pizza online, but the website did not accept our order, but my credit card still got charged, which I get notified about immediately. So I called the restaurant and it rang for a long time until somebody picked up. I said I was checking to see if my order went through. He said "yes it went through" without even asking who I was or what my order was, and then HUNG UP! I called again and it rang forever until the guy answered again but then hung up mid sentence. I called a THIRD time and waited a long time for them to answer. After at least a minute of ringing (which I timed), the same guy answered again and said he would check my order by putting me on hold. I am CURRENTLY on hold for 12 minutes and 30 seconds as I am writing this review. This is sadly not the first time this has happened where ordering online and via phone to this location has been a disaster. PLEASE order from ANY other location, not this one! read more

me and my mom went to this place and the register looked like someone scratched dandruff everywhere. The staff had his toes out with some slippers. I think they live there and when the guy came in to start making the pizza, the door was locked and we have to physically open the door for him. He was an employee then he goes to make our pizza and he washes his hands for two seconds after we complain when he didn't. he had expired license on the wall refused to bring out current license to display. Always extremely slow with deliveries. The one on Sonoma blvd or Columbus pkwy are way better. If ordering from this one add like 30 mins to the estimated delivery time you get on your confirmation email. read more

We placed an online order to be ready at 4:30 pm we got there about 4:35 pm and we very rudely told it would be 8 more minutes. After asking multiple times how long it would be and being spoken to very rudely including the worker looking at me and said why are you even talking. We would have canceled the order but because we paid online it would take 3-5 business days to get our money back we just waited. We finally got our food at 5:34 pm. The only reason I have them 1 star was because at least the food was good even though it was an hour late and the workers were very rude. read more

Horrible run down establishment . Tonight my family and I went there . I prefer the one on Sonoma blvd but they chose this one. Running leaking water near the fountain drinks everywhere . I told the cashier several times to mop it up to where I got annoyed and had to mention the word law suit . My daughter is pregnant if she slipped that would be a huge deal! The salad bar is expensive and again I had to tell the cashier to put fresh lettuce cause the lettuce looked old and brown . And replacing the lettuce took him 10 minutes. There's boxes piled up everywhere and a Christmas tree still up . The pizza was fine but salad bar was horrible! No Pepsi available too and the bottle sodas were not in their refrigerator. This place sucks!!! The ambiance is old and ugly and RUN DOWN ! When we left there still was water on the floor. read more

So when you get your grub hub order and all the toppings are on the side of the box cause the pizza delivery guy throws it on your porch don't me mad it's your fault for not clicking the add cheese You can be mad the next day finding the parmigiana packets along with the red peppers out in the street . I decided to get food for my girlfriend and myself rather than cooking for Thanksgiving. Angry Chickz was closed, even though Yelp said they were open. I decided to try their neighbor, Mountain Mikes. First of all, phenomenal service. Did not ask for drinks after ordering wings and pizza to go, and they gave them to me generously. Clean and well maintained, I learned that this store is under new management. It made sense the store manager's service was so on point. I mentioned that I am the branch manager at the enterprise truck location in Vallejo, and that this interaction influenced my decision to get my team food from here in the future. The wings were delicious, flavors were great and well seasoned. Pizza was also very good. I am satisfied with my experience and am impressed with what Jassy, the manager, is bringing to this location. read more

We had a great time there, clean nice space and again the people there were very nice, even gave my son cookies for his birthday.
