Overpriced if you just want a salad but worth it if you make it a buffet. Buffet includes pizza, salad and drink - $8.99 + tax on weekends and holidays (12pm to 3pm). Weekdays are $7.99. When I initially arrived with my fam for the lunch buffet, there was barely any pizza on the buffet line and the salad bar was almost empty and needed refilling (this was at 1pm). The pizza that was there appeared to be old and I felt like it was sitting there for a very long time. By 2pm new pizza came out better variety that was already out (combo, veggie, pepperoni, and pineapple and ham). When fresh and fully stocked the buffet is a great option. I understand it gets busy but staff should be prepared for a busy Sunday especially with football season in full effect. I do want to acknowledge the gentlemen cashier (didn't catch his name sorry) who through the whole time was multi tasking filling napkin dispensers, working cashier, and providing good customer service. read more

Ok, I will start by saying that the young man at that counter was very friendly, kind and helpful. I ordered a mini and 6 piece wings. Everything was fine until I noticed the older gentleman folding boxes behind the counter. The older gentleman put one finger up to one side of hose nose and blew out really hard with the spud of snot flying directly into the pizza boxes he was folding. I am so upset with their manager and the fact that customer satisfaction is non excitant. I ordered a half combo on white sauce and half cheese with red sauce (for my 2.5 year old toddler.) I had to pack up my 1 month old daughter and my son into the car to go pick up the pizza. When I got home I noticed they messed up the order and put white sauce on the cheese side of the pizza. So now after finally getting home and getting the kids out of the car and ready for dinner my son refuses to eat the pizza because he doesn't recognize it with white sauce. I called them back after probably leaving their facility ten minutes ago and told them what happened. They said I could bring the pizza back and they will make me a new one. I told them there is no way I'm going pack up my newborn and now starving toddler back into the car just to wait for a new pizza. I said I have no reason to lie about this situation and I'm more than happy to text your manager a picture of the mistake they had made. I simply asked if they can reimburse for the same order for next time. After several minutes on hold the worker informed me that her manager said she can only give me 10% off my next order. I was so upset. My order today was 30% off because it's Tuesday. They didn't even match the price I paid today. I told them I didn't want a full pizza I just want a cheese pizza for my son and she said sorry they can't don't anything besides offer the 10%. I told them forget it I'm sorry I bothered them and I don't need anything from there because I won't be ordering from them again. I totally understand you're gonna be closing soon and that deliveries are no longer being accepted. But to flat out not answer phone calls for that reason, or any reason other than being busy (which while annoying, would be completely understandable) is flat out rude and annoying. I understand your employees want to get home. I understand not wanting to take a delivery order. I understand all of that. But people are best too. And I now have to waste 20+ minutes waiting here when a simple 3 minute phone call could, not only keep the dining room empty, but I could literally finish what I need to do AND get home with a warm pizza. At 7:30 I called and asked to have the pizza prepped ASAP if possible, gentleman on the phone said hold on, had put the phone down for 4 minutes as I heard everything in the back ground. This place is a breath of fresh air. I wanted to do something different so, I held my son's 6th birthday party at Mountain Mikes and it was the BEST decision ever. My son and 15 of his friends were able to make their own pizza's while in their chef hat & personalized cloth apron which they were able to keep. The pizza was amazing, the bread sticks were scrumptious and the atmosphere did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I even had 1 guest (who did not tell me ahead of time but) was Vegan. As soon as I mentioned it to the owner Tanya, she sprang into action and provided Vegan skin & cheese and my guest did not feel out of place. In my package, received a banner with my son's photo, each child received a chefs hat, child size cloth apron along with personalized pizza, unlimited drinks & a private room. Big time management problems! I feel sorry for the kid that's working this lunch buffet by himself. He's answering the phones, running the register, making pizza, and cleaning tables. Smh. The place isn't too clean. There's huge greasy finger marks across all the pictures. Finally manager came on and said they'd bring a new one, but we got nothing additional or any discount or anything. I called in to order a pizza and the worker could not process my transaction twice. My bank notified me about one transaction. I notified the manager about the mistake for 5 days and he kept saying he could not find my transaction. I finally called my bank to dispute the transaction. The process can take up to 90 days for the bank to investigate and refund my money. I also placed a prior order at the American Canyon Restaurant and it was a disappointment. I went to pick up my order after an hour wait and when I arrived the manager and cook told me they thought I was joking and never made the pizza.
