Having an early dinner with my 3 boys and this place was amazing!!!! They have a nice salad bar and we got a free cookie pizza that was sooo good and warm!! Hard to fine a good seat in pizza place but Mountain Mikes was realky worth it everything was fresh and yummy!!! read more

The food was decent but price was somewhat expensive for the sizes. The worst was my delivery experience. My apartment is on the 3rd floor and I said this in the notes to help the delivery person. Not only did they make no effort to find my apartment, they parked a quarter of block away from my building and I was left walking around at night in a bad neighborhood searching for the person who had my order. This left a terrible taste in my mouth before I even had the food. Lazy delivery. Will not order again. read more

Updated review - we went last night and the pizza was not good, the garlic cheese bread was over cooked and the how wings were greasy and fatty. I don't think we will be back again anytime soon. The one saving grace was that the salad bar was pretty fresh but that's about all that made it worth while.... read more

The promotions online are super - recently they've been offering two medium pizzas for $20. Okay, so I've had great experiences at this Mountain Mike's each time I've went but I've only been there during the week....never the weekend. I just went this past weekend and discovered a mess. The pizza was still really good but the service was shot to hell and the place was dirty. So many tables were dirty and no one ever bothered to clear & clean them the 2 hours we were there. When we ordered our pizza the first thing I asked about were their specials. The girl (young with Shirley Temple curls) told me that they had a large specialty for $20.99. I told her I'd take it and then we ordered salads which my sister asked if we get the add on price of $5...the girl told us our salads would be $4.69 each. So we were super happy. Well then we got the receipt and it showed she charged us full price for the pizza and the salad. This all happened in a matter of a minute so it was very odd when the girl stared at us blankly and said she told us the salad was $6.49 and that we never told her we wanted the pizza special. What the heck??? My sister and I exchanged glances and really couldn't believe what we were hearing. We never left the counter and just seconds before had placed our order but she stared at us like she never seen us before. It was so bizarre...the manager came out and just gave us a $5 bill from his own pocket to make up for the pizza but we still paid full price for the salads. The whole encounter was weird...this girl needs to receive some hardcore training in customer service and on her basic duties. It was just so head-scratching as to why she denied what happened. This same girl messed up everyone's orders and we saw people waiting an hour at least for their pizzas. She missed sending some orders to the kitchen and didn't take the initiative to look into people's missing orders until people started complaining and the manager told her to double check everyone who was waiting in the dining rooms orders. She didn't apologize to anyone and still continued to walk around with a blank "who cares" look on her face. The manager should have at least offered these people a discount or a free fountain drink or something for their inconvenience but he didn't. I'm hoping this was just a bad day or a fluke but definitely this girl needs a lot of training. read more

This place is a joke. They said 45 min to deliver pizza and 2 hours later nothing. I called twice and finally got the "manager". I was better off never being transferred, this guys excuse was well it happens, we are busy. I ask for his bosses name and number, he says Rose. I ask for a last name and doesn't know his bosses full name, says it is not important. I finally get my pizza 2.5 hours late. I thank the nice delivery guy for the gluten free pizza. He rings my bell 5 mins later and says this is not gluten free. Bless his soul, he felt terrible. 9pm and no good. Now pizza has to be remade after all of that. Won't have dinner until 11 at this point. What a train wreck of a company. Do yourself a favor, go anyplace but here. read more

Friends and Family this is the BEST Pizza spot in Vallejo for all YOU can EAT Pizza and Salad Buffet under $10 bucks. The pizza I tried was amazing. Hot, super cheesy, lots of toppings and the crust was absolutely perfect, like just got here from Italy perfect. The owners are super friendly and really care that the food is on point and the service second to none. I was impressed. I am generally not the Buffet bar type of gal but with this quality of food and the cost barrier I must say I am reformed. You can of course order your own pizza and salad to go if you do not have time to dine in. Check out this brand new spot on Sonoma. It has games for kids to play and a private room for birthdays and meetings. Very clean and absolutely gorgeous inside. They have everything you can think of to top a pizza with. My sister loves the Garlic Chicken, mushoom, black olives with white sauce and extra cheese. I am in paradise with all meat pizza easy sauce and extra linguisa. What ever you choose you are sure to love. Just tell them exactly what you want and they will be delighted to make a custom pizza for you. They deliver and they cater! read more

Good Runnings here at this newish location. I had previously written off the other Vallejo and Benicia stores for horrible food + experiences. This store is different. It's more modern of course. The pizza & salad for the lunch buffet were on point. The middle eastern owner-managers are really nice & friendly. Let's hope things stay this way. I'll be back for sure. Convenient smoke shop steps away that sells Lottery scratchers, so you can chow down on the buffet and scratch your tickets all at once. read more

Frankly I was disappointed with Mountain Mike's. I've heard from other people in my community that mountain Mike's have good pizza. I entered my order online and was told it would arrive tween 45 and 60 minutes. It arrived in exactly 60 minutes. The pizza was ice cold and not only that I ordered a thick crust pizza and I Received a very thin crust pizza and the edges were burnt. I was very disappointed frankly. read more

Let me start off by saying Mountain Mikes usually is VERY good. Been eating it on and off for several years which is why I am very disappointed with my delivery from this specific franchise today. First off, my marinara sauce tasted and looked very old and stale. My pizza was cold not even luke warm, and lastly my soda was FLAT. I called in to let them know and I instantly got attacked. He yelled through the phone about the neighborhood I lived in (which I was highly offended by and also what does that have anything to do with the way your company cooks my food?) he wouldn't let me get one word in then finally told me to remember his name so that I could get a free pizza next time. Smh, I doubt there will ever be a next time. Mountain Mikes just lost a loyal customer. read more

The owners don't seem to understand the customer comes first. Came for the buffet and there are at least 4 other tables, the bring out 1 pizza every 10 minutes or more. AND on top of bringing the food out slow the owners grab half the food that is out and puts it in a box to send off with their kids. Oh and did I mention their kid running around and going in and out of the kitchen and getting into the pizza, breadsticks, and salad. Seriously. What happened to professionalism and taking care of customers first and making sure the customers have food before taking 1/2 of it for yourself. Terrible. The employees are friendly and my order was ready fast, even with a dining room full of soccer players hosting a pizza party at the time. When I've had food delivered the driver showed up faster than estimated, unlike some other big chain pizza spots. Mountain Mike's always has quality ingredients and it's easy to find good coupons. I'm highly upset with their service. At that I was on my lunch break. Which made me very late and my food was cold. Do not recommend. read more

Waited 40 minutes and they told us it'd be ready in less than 20 minutes, we ordered a large chicken club, but we got a small. Horrible

2 stars only bc they USUALLY do really well in delivering for us. Unfortunately, my most recent order needed to be cancelled before they could even send it out for delivery. After the first hour and 15 minutes, I called and the employee couldn't find my order. After a couple of minutes on hold, she stated that she "found my order, but they haven't started it bc they've been so busy". Most likely means they forgot about it. I was told I would be receiving my order within the next 30 minutes, which did NOT happen. After another 45 minutes, I called to cancel and was put on hold for a few minutes only to have the "manager" tell me that it's ok. 2 hours for a pizza and a salad that never came. Shame. read more
