Check your food before you drive home! The last 3 times I order here they mess it up. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza and they used the red sauce instead. Ordered a white sauce with chicken and bacon and they added tomatoes and tonight I order the white sauce again and they put pepperoni on it. I ordered pickup through the slice app. I got a small Everest pizza and had a follow up e-mail saying it would be ready in 35 min, but mountain mikes called me 10 min earlier which was great. When I arrived to pick up my order I was warmly greeted by the cashier and received my order ready. I didn't even have to ask for peppers and parmesan it was already in my box! My pizza was so tasty. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been ordering from here now for at least a year and this was the first and the last time I will have issues with this store. I ordered a half and Half pizza, specialty pizza and the the other side pepperoni and cheese. Places the order online they don't half like round table and option online where you can do half and half so I added pepperoni in the special comments for half. They called to clarify the order half pepperoni and half specialty pizza. The special side was supposed to have chicken and light onions mushrooms etc... I confirmed the order and they delivered to me a large pepperoni half cheese pizza but charged me for 40.34 for a large specialty pizza. I called the store and the manager wanted to argue abs coke back to my house and show me the receipt instead of fixing the problem instantly. I told him my husband and I would be up to the store and I wanted to get the correct pizza made. He still wanted to argue and make his point, which before and even at this point to me as the customer was irrelevant. He had manager Paul his hands in my face as a woman , a customer this was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. He then said I'll make you a new pizza if you just listen and let me show you the receipt. Sir I have the same receipt on top of the fact I know what I ordered. Do you think I really want you Tom make me pizza now when the entire time you have been trying to prove your point. When I got off the phone before I got to the store he (Paul) said you messed up the order and now you want to blame us. Sir you messed up the order when your store made their own interpretation of my order and then you charged me for a pizza that I never received and then you had your hands in my face. This store needs more training on customer service and empathy. If Paul is the owner he needs to close his business and get training if he is an employee he needs to be fired he is rude and I think he is a womanist along with being racist. He refused to refund me my money said it was an online order but my bank said the merchant can do it if they would not cooperate then they can open a claim. So basically Paul could have given me a refund back on my card he just didn't want to do that. I will never patronize this store ever again I will go to round table pizza admiral Callaghan lane from now on. I don't even know if I'd do the American canyon store most pizza stores are connected and they will Never see my money or service ever. read more

Hands down, the best pizza I've had in awhile. I walked in 15 minutes before closing. Feeling bad, I asked what could be made that's quick, so I could get out of there and they could go home. The cashier was so nice and said I could get whatever I wanted, never mind about the time. I wanted something with a white sauce, and he read off what was in their chicken club, and I ordered a medium plus an order of wings. Ordered Diamond Head (their hawaiian version), buffalo wings and garlic cheesy bread. Delivery was fast, only 30mins even though it should be an hour wait! So thats a huge plus! Minimum order of 25$. Delivery fee of $2.99. Can be cash or card or paypal. Tips can be whatever you choose or as cash when they deliver. Pizza has good amount of toppings, even its not evenly distributed, that's fine. Buffalo wings were cooked to perfection, bleu cheese was awesome! And so is the cheesy bread. Delivery was prompt and not grubby kind for tips. He even asked me if I need my change. This mountain mikes was honestly very hospitable and the owner was very nice and generous after seeing a group of about 12-25 people. We went to a local pizza place prior and got racially profiled and went to mountain mikes afterwards and it was the best decision ever. We ordered three pizzas a veggie, meat, and cheese and they were all amazing and there wasn't any problem. We were very hungry Bc we went right after six flags and none of us were disappointed! Really appreciate the great service from this Mountain Mike's. We always use the Slice app and we placed an order this past week and there was a mix up with the payment method. Basically, I double paid, but didn't know until it cleared my bank. I called the store asking to speak to the manager, and got Dall. He was very apologetic about the mishap and quick to give options for a resolution. I'm very happy a Mountain Mike's opened not too far from my home and even more so that they have staff that knows how to provide excellent customer service. Also, every time we've ordered, our pizza has always comes exactly the way we've wanted and fresh like it just came out of the oven. Mistakes happen, especially when dealing with a third party app, now I know just to be more careful with this particular one. Good Runnings here at this newish location. I had previously written off the other Vallejo and Benicia stores for horrible food + experiences. This store is different. It's more modern of course. The pizza & salad for the lunch buffet were on point. The middle eastern owner-managers are really nice & friendly. Let's hope things stay this way. I'll be back for sure. So we ordered the Pike Peeks Pizza. It was good. We also got their garlic cheese bread. Not worth. First, I imagined cheese inside and not on top of the bread. came here in high hopes since i' ve always gone to the mountain mikes by target. I saw they had better reviews but was sadly disappointed. The staff as soon as we walked in were stairing at my children. We asked if we could eat there since i didnt want to take my kids to eat in the car. Great sat down and did my order. They dont offer to use most coupons online for their store and dont have coupons more than $5 off 2 pizzas so i should've ordered online and saved cash. There werent other people coming in until we left. Our food took extra long but it was good. The man screamed at me who handed me my bread order and gave me dirty look stairing at me until he reached the rear of the store. I was like what is his problem. I just packed up our items and said thankyou and left. My children were just sitting on their phones so i dont know why he screamed at me but i will not return to this location. And the pizza was nasty too!!! Both - soggy !!!! How chicken wings get like that I'll never know! The 2 liter of Dr. Pepper was warmer than our food! My boyfriend tells me the new place looks great. But the pizza he brought home is what I didn't like. It had WAY too much red sauce, so much that it dripped out of your mouth with every bite and was WAY too salty. It looked beautiful, but I couldn't finish one than one slice due to the saltyness & overpowering mouthful of red sauce. Sorry guys, I really wanted to like your new place too!
