The sandwiches are good. 4 stars for the sandwiches. 3 stars is for an issue my family experienced a few months ago, where we were promised to get one free sandwich after spending a certain amount. We ordered many sandwiches for a party, and they tasted amazing. My dad went in not long after the part to redeem his free sandwich and they said they were not able to give it as promised. This was a let down considering we used them for catering and then the promise of 1 free sandwich would not be honored. The issue is not the price of a sandwich but the lack of follow thru and the way the issue was handled. More recently I DoorDashed a Mesquite Turkey sandwich from then 30 min to closing. Went here for the first time today. The reviews were questionable but the bad ratings had nothing to do with the food, so I gave it a shot. The interior is chill, clean too, loved the outdoorsy pics along the wall. The men who served me were hella nice. I told them it was my first time and one recommended me the Caveman so I got that and the Italian. Both sandwiches were great, I personally liked the caveman more though, we upgraded 1 sandwich with a combo and the jalapeño heat kettle chips went great with it. The bathroom was clean as well. I will say, I went and it wasn't busy but I could see them getting backed up with a 3 man crew. Just call ahead to check before ordering rather than give them 1 star. This place has really gone down hill.... I dont normally leave bad reviews, but after 4 -5 visits being told they are out meat is just ridiculous. I understand that things run out or delivery gets held up, but not every time i try to order. this is a Sandwich shop!! How are you out of turkey and roast beef every time?!.. I came across this highly rated sandwich shop and decided to stop in after checking out the menu--though it was hard to choose. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. The young lady at the front was incredibly helpful, walking me through the menu and pointing out some of the most popular sandwiches, which made my decision much easier. Ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and the bread was literally rock solid. It was almost as if I was eating a sandwich on a crouton. The bread was over toasted and would literally crumble w/ every bite. Nothing worst than eating a sandwich and the bread is hard as a rock, crumbling and tearing up the roof of your mouth. 2) The meat portion was underwhelming. When I think of a pastrami sandwich I envision the "pastrami" being the lead singer, not the backup. The pastrami portion was very small. Although the overall combo of swiss cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, pickles and garlic spread mixed very well together, there should have been more meat.
