The Mountain Mikes in Winsor is terrible. I generally go to Santa Rosa or formerly, the one on Cleveland. Tonight, I paid $26.00 plus tip for a horribly under cooked pizza. The vegetables were raw as was the crust called the manager thinking he would want to know. He told me he would credit my card $5.00 and that was all he could do. Then he called back and said he would send another one in 20 minutes. When I hung up I realized that with a 10 minute drive time, there was no way that was going to happen. By now it is 8:30 and I have to be up at 5:30 am to get to work. I called him right back and told him to just forget it, it was too late. He got very rude and told me that it was already being made and did I know how much food I would be wasting. Since he actually wanted the old one back, the food wastage would have been the same. Plus I am out my money as well. I don't understand his logic. There are many bad reviews for this location and they are true based on my experience. I attached pictures that may not show the raw dough or raw vegetables in detail. I have better things to do with my time, but just couldn't let this slide. This was a terrible experience. He ended the call by telling me to never call there again. At no time did I raise my voice, I just told him that I didn't want another one. Considering that he would have to send a driver out and that he got my money for the first one, he would have been ahead just letting it drop. I have been to the bar and had pizza many times before. I have always had a great experience with finding and down low place to have a drink and have a conversation only if I wanted to. But tonight I had a different experience. So I ordered my usual double bulldog gin and tonic. Nefera asked me how I would like my drink and I told her my normal. Half way through I lost track of time and looked up and critiqued in an almost inappropriate way. I saw my wrong and apologized. Then I asked her name so I could be a better customer. I am a little hard of hearing and I thought she said like nefarious and I asked as such. She smiled and said yes. The. I looked up the dictionary term and left. Mortified. So I said wallowing, but after seeing her interact with other customers and then with me again and again I could be overwhelmed by her professionalism in my verbal fauxpaus. In my years working customer service I am so glad you have someone on staff who understands when someone is having a bad day and for the life of them just can not get the words out right. read more

Pizza was good and what was expected, pick up experience was very poor. Placed an order at 6pm to be picked up at 7pm on 10/12/18. Arrived at about 7:02pm and helped by a very friendly employee at the conter. I was informed the order would be ready shortly after paying. Got my pizza at 715pm. Really no excuse to wait almost 15min for an order placed over an hr ago with a specified pick up time. read more

Moutain Mikes has wonderful employees and bartenders. They are very quick and are on top of everything. They have never messed up my order. There happy hour is awesome 230-6pm 6$ one topping pizza additional toppings 1.15 with 3$ draft beers. How could you pass up the awesome deal. I gave this location 2 stars because while the food is really good, the people that work there are really rude. I called to place an order for pickup, and the woman that answered the phone rudely told me but there was no order for me there. The way she said it was so rude I had to ask her, "Excuse me?!" The only reason I continued with placing the order is because I had been driving for 5 hours, I really wanted pizza, and was to tired to cook. When I picked the order up, a man rang me up and he was not friendly at all either. I'll order from the Santa Rosa location from here on out. read more

I generally like this place, staff is always very courteous, pizza is good. Tonight we come in at 8:20, they close at 9:00. Order our pizza, and 2 minutes later out comes the mop and very strong smelling industrial floor cleaner, followed by music shut down and vacuum cleaner at 8:45. Obviously a management policy that the employees are following. If you only want to pay your employees until 9 then close the damn restaurant at 8:30. Tonight we ordered a mountain mikes mountain pizza and a medium. The Mountain was supposed to be half veggie half meat and they put meat on the whole pizza. So we call them and they fix it. When we get there they have an attitude of I can't believe we had to do that. I am vegetarian and can't eat meat so yes it is kind of important to have a redo. We Brought the pizza back And the toppings are right but there is almost no sauce on the pizza. Digiorno would have tasted better. Probably wont be coming back. read more

Staff would not let my boys and I eat inside the restaurant at 9pm even though they did not close until 10 pm. The staff obviously wanted to cut corners so they could go home. Saw they had a buffet lunch for $7.95 advertised on the front of the building and it was around lunch time so I decided to give them a try. They recently opened up about 6 months ago, so their shakeout period has elapsed, now it's business time. With a soda, the bill came to $ 10.75, so I guess with the tax etc, the soda's about 2 bucks. Their salad bar looked good, only one type of lettuce, appeared fresh, had a dozen or so add on items, including macaroni and potato salad so, it's a decent salad bar. Only issue is the layout , it is almost impossible to reach deep enough for the last row of items, so you see a lot of face smudges on the spit shield. Kinda a poor design if you ask me, I noticed that I was not the only one struggling to reach the back of the items. They had about two or three pizzas cut up for your selection, and after about 10 minutes the lunch crowd arrived, so there was a back up line waiting for the fresh pizzas to come out. The pizzas are nothing special, basic thick crust pizzas, that had a little under-cooked dough on a few ( probably be cause the line was waiting ) which should have cooked another 2 minutes to be best, all of the choices where pretty much the same, nothing special, would have been nice to toss in a thin crust pizza. All in all, it's a pretty good deal, I would return again, when I have the feeling of need for a salad bar and stuff your face pizza experience. By the looks of the other patrons carrying the plates with slices of pizza stacked 4 and 5 high, they are probably not making a killing on the lunch special. One big positive is they have a full bar, and a half way decent beer selection. Perhaps we'll give it a try some evening. Service was sluggish on the spent plate on tables situation, lots of tables had dishes stacked with uneaten food on them. Too bad people take more than they eat. What a waste of food. read more

Tried to order a pizza at 12 noon on 1/7/17. Half way through the order I asked for BBQ sauce to be drizzled on the pizza. The girl said "We don't do that here". I asked her if they have BBQ sauce and she said yes. I asked why I couldn't have BBQ sauce drizzled on it and, again, she said "We don't do that here". I said great, thanks and hung up. I called Round Table Pizza. They were able to do that. 45 minutes later, the Mountian Mikes delivery person calls wanting my gate code. I told her that I did not order the pizza, that I hung up half way through the order. I called Mountian Mikes back. The same girl answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, please. She came back a few moments later saying that the manager wasn't there. I asked her who was? She said "There is a guy here who is kinda like the assistant manager". I asked what that meant. She said he is the assistant manager. I said fine, I want to talk to him. She came back about 45 seconds later saying that he was too busy and to get my name,number and take a message. I said that was unacceptable and wanted to talk to him now. She would not do it. I asked for the name and number of the manager. She would not do it. So the assistant manager would not talk to me and the girl answering g the phone was very rude, unacommodating and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend patronizing this horrible branch. I already called and emailed corporate. Shame on you order girl and shame on you assistant manager Azahd. read more

This is my favorite Mountain Mike's location. The crust is always thick and fluffy and crispy on the outside. The ingredients are high quality, the pizza is filling. We always order pick up, so I can't comment on the experience of eating in this restaurant, but the pizza itself is some of the highest quality you can get. read more

My family and I have eaten at this location twice in the past few months. Both times we had a great experience! It hasn't been packed, they have a great happy hour menu (even on Sunday) and the food is always good! They have a nice bar area with a large selection of beer, liquor, and wine. The best feature of this place are the bartenders, especially Shayleen. She's always so attentive and keeps everyone happy with her warm smile and sense of humor. We decided to stop in for a cocktail, since it was close to home and new...but didn't have high expectations from a family pizza place. It was surprisingly awesome! We went in on a Sunday evening and pretty much had the bar to ourselves. The bar was really sharp and well stocked, and both bartenders were great. Mandy-Ann made me some excellent rum concoctions and Taylor went the extra mile to come up with something exotic. And the $5 happy hour whisky choices (some top shelf stuff) sold my wife, big time! We've eaten at almost every pizza place in Sonoma County and this place is one of the best. Last week, we went in for lunch with a group of 16 hungry students and everyone left happy. Ordered a bunch of mountain sized pizzas, boneless wings, bread sticks and salad bar. Everything tasted great!! The manager and staff were super helpful, even with all of our different drinks, side orders, etc. This Mountain Mike's is fairly new but already they are really involved with the community, donating to WHS, sports teams, and nonprofits.
