The coffee here has an amazing flavor profile and the service here is stellar. Such a cool spot with great vibes!

This is a must stop before a morning walk at sloans lake! The staff was very friendly. It was super clean and cozy vibes. I loved the plants everywhere. They have a variety of seasonal syrups! I really enjoyed the brown sugar option in my oat milk latte. I love that they have bendy straws, made me feel like a kid again!

Always see this coffee at the nearby farmer's market and finally made it out to their brick & mortar store! Incredible cold brew. Got the toasted coconuts flavor and was delightful - smooth and refreshing. Tried the GF pumpkin bread that was moist and flavorful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to work and friendly staff. Everyone needs to check this place out!

What a cute little coffee shop it's definitely bigger on the inside and it looks on the outside. It stretches back. There's an outdoor patio behind as well as one out front. It was kind of chilly when I was there though, so I sat inside my Americano was really tasty and the pastries looked really really good. I had just eaten so I did not partake, but they definitely were tempting.

Friendly service and good vibes. The espresso quality and the cold brew were really good. We had an iced caramel latte with almond milk and a honey lavender cold brew. Most of the food is pre-made ready to eat. The campfire burritos are what you would expect from a pre packaged burrito and the lemon poppy seed bread tasted pretty fresh. The interior vibe is very trendy and there's plenty of parking nearby.

Coffee and service is fantastic! We ordered espresso shots with custom water added (my Americano version) and a Chai Latte. They were both perfect. We didn't stay, but there were many who worked on their laptops along with those who just getting together for conversation. Awesome place... we went twice in one day!

Used to be Griffin but new owners. Cute coffee shop, lots of space inside, both front and back patio. Limited food but coffee is good!

Cute and nice. First time I've had flavored cold brew (my caffeine medium of choice), and it was done very well.

Full Tank Food Park came out of left field. I've driven by/walked by a thousand times these last four years and often contemplated, "should I buy this place myself?" It was a long ignored, abandoned gas station. And now the owners have cleaned the space, decorated the inside, and boom, there's a permanent coffee shop, a quaint living room/communal workspace and food trucks on site. Their grand opening was this past weekend. Moonflower Coffee are slinging the beans and the coffee was very good. We ordered two black Americanos and sat for awhile. We look forward to trying their special seasonal creations! The food truck situation is still in the works. The goal is to have more vendors on site, host events, and sell cocktails. It's still in the process and they're looking at being in full swing next month (November 2023). I am so happy this didn't get turned into condos. Thanks for keeping Colfax cool and reimagining an old building. Excited to see what's to come!

This space was such a cool find, particularly on West Colfax. Way to elevate the neighborhood! The gentleman taking our order was fabulous and helped me to choose dark roast beans for my love and his stocking. Next up, as it was late afternoon, that means no caffeine for me, so he also suggested a lovely seasonal drink with Warsaw in the name. It was lovely and warmed me up. It's my hope that this seasonal drink moves over to the regular offerings! We also shared a slice of their GF zuchinni bread - delish and so moist. I've already got my eye on returning for a yummy eggnog latte and some breakfast!

The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy inside, where seating is plentiful. There is also some outside seating in the morning sun. Troy is the owner and roaster of Brew Culture for 7 years. There were plenty of staff to handle the increasing number of patrons as they came into the café. There were pastries, bars, burritos, cookies, and oatmeal. This is a well-loved neighborhood spot, but it is feeling some pain due to the construction on Colfax. Today we were lucky enough to be there when a guitarist was playing beautiful music, which we enjoyed while drinking our coffee. We were told he comes about once a month. We loved our visit!

To start, they have Polaroid's of local doggos on their community board. The vibe is cozy and fun with hanging local art for sale, happy plants soaking up sun and cute wall decor painted near the chalk menu. Whoever picked the music knows what's up. Good mix. Couches (where I posted up with a good book) and big comfy chairs are scattered amidst smaller tables for friends to catch up, bar tables for workers to plug in, and even a long table with benches for larger groups or individual strangers to co-work in a pleasant setting. They also have tables and chairs outside to enjoy the sunshine. I didn't get any food (this time!) but their sandwich menu looks ace, as do the pastries. I gravitate towards seasonal lattes and opted for their Irish creme latte and um, yum! Not too sweet and a nice mix of flavors going on. The other seasonals looked good, too. Baristas were kind and know their stuff. So... Yeah. Come here. You won't regret it. I'll absolutely be back!

The food is particularly good, especially for a place that I find is more coffee focused than cafe focused. I only have one comment, which is really a comment for many Denver restaurants beyond this one coffee shop. That is this: sandwiches should be cut in half when they're finished being constructed. A sandwich isn't really "finished" until it's cut in half. We should think of that final, decisive slice through the sandwich as a kind of signature at the bottom of a painting or a poem. This is complete. It is ready to be eaten. If a sandwich is too unwieldy to be cut in half easily, then some thought should be given either to the construction and ingredients or to technique. A sandwich may need to be wrapped in parchment, then sliced, or a different knife may need to be used. Whatever needs to happen to slice that thing in half should be considered. I say this is a comment for all of Denver, because you really don't find this problem back east. It's like in coming west people forget about this final, essential step in making a sandwich. Anyway the spicy father is a great breakfast. But it would paradoxically be made truly whole were it to be served in two halves.

One staff member was running the place by himself, but did an excellent job switching between cashiering and preparing drinks & heating pastries. Lots of seating that is very spaced out - saw a few folks working on laptops as well. We got both a hot and iced latte, with oat milk, one with sakura sweetener and the other with Colorado honey. Both were tasty, not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetener to add flavor but not overwhelm the drink. We also got two pastries - a savory one with Gruyère and leek. The other was a key lime cruffin. Both were very flaky and had an excellent crunch. Personally I liked the savory one more, but the key lime flavor in the cruffin was also a lovely strong tart flavor. No complaints for either. Sapor is a bit outside the main downtown area but this a solid coffee place. Very quiet too.
