The sauce is a little sweet, I recommend the sliced brisket over the chopped brisket any day. As for the chicken tenders, wait until it's hot fresh and just put out and it's a life-changing experience. The Buc-ee's sauce is the only way to go. You can get barbecue sauce or honey mustard at any other place. The fries are definitely better than the homemade chips. I did not like those chips, I don't know if I just didn't have them hot and fresh, but I would say skip them. We got some banana pudding to go. Also, would not recommend. It's vanilla pudding with some bananas and wafers. I like my banana pudding to be banana pudding not vanilla pudding with bananas, etc.. We grabbed some essential road trip, snacks, including Buc-ee's nuggets, two different kinds of beef, jerky, peanuts, pickle, flavored potato sticks, and some of their signature mince, both the cotton candy and the traditional. We also got some of their signature cola. The diet cola was mid, the regular was better. and in addition to the snacks and food, we also picked up a hat and a T-shirt for both of us. The staff were amazing. This place is like Grand Central Station, it gets very crowded very fast. Speaking of fast, the cashiers and folks working at the meat carving station were legendarily fast.. The whole experience is great ftom the moment you park in the clean parking lot until the moment you checkout! and if you need to use their bathrooms those are also pristine with a great light system that tells you exactly which stall is open. Today I decided to use the automatic wash because it was cold, paid 14.00 for the "best wash" and was left with soap all on my car and had to pull into self service to finish rinsing it. I put in 5.00 in quarters bc I also had to scrub it bc the auto wash didn't do a job at all! As a business owner myself with many retail locations in Sevier County, you have to put money into your business to make money, and these people are just taking money and putting nothing back into this dump. They aren't even remotely trying to stay relevant. I would love to have my 19.00 back.

After my Son got Cheese puffs all over the backseat of my car, I KNEW i needed a good vacuum. I was hoping and praying that the vacuums worked well at this location. I was a little skeptical, because there wasn't as much as Knoxville. When I yanked that puppy out, I was SO surprised with how well they worked!! I just HAD to say something to Him on How great they worked. He then informed me that they take Great pride in them, because he went up on the roof and cleaned them out. He told me that he pretty much spent the whole day cleaning them out so they would work as well as they did. Special thanks to Hardworking Aaron. Without Him as an Asset, the vacuums would probably be garbage. Aaron is such a Great asset to your team. Another asset of fantastic customer service is a Team member named Lawrence.
