Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that your company had arranged a small buffet for employees. The warehouse staff were polite and exchanged festive greetings, creating a positive atmosphere. This reflected well on management and is worth acknowledging. However, an incident that followed severely disrupted what had been a pleasant morning. I must clearly identify that the staff member involved is the senior female employee from the back department responsible for vegetables senior lady ! This day she was standing their cut pork for customer and employee! she refused to provide proper portions to my employee, who was waiting in line appropriately. Instead, she directed her to take leftover scraps filled with excessive bone fragments. When I calmly asked for clarification, this staff member responded with a cold, impatient, and hostile attitude, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect. My employee feels like homeless need get her food ! As long-term customers and fellow business owners who consistently support your company, we expect fairness and respect, particularly during a festive occasion meant to reflect goodwill. As business operators ourselves, we understand that management culture directly affects reputation. What we witnessed today raises serious concerns regarding internal service standards and supervision. Maybe this place is not just for them but for also other non-restaurant businesses that mostly need those type of supplies. If you don't feel that Costco or other similar places don't give you enough to maintain your business, then this is a good place to go to since quantity or even quality amount is much higher here.

An older Asian man wearing a white shirt, with tattoos and black hair in a ponytail, became extremely aggressive because he thought I was taking his parking spot. What confused me was that he had already left another parking spot with his items. While I was still inside my vehicle, he began yelling at me and told me to "go back to my country," even though I was born here. Regardless, that kind of racist comment is completely unacceptable to say to anyone. He then tried to provoke me by telling me to get out of my car to "fight him." No customer should have to deal with behavior like that while simply trying to shop. What was also disappointing was that Costco security was parked nearby and did not appear to step in or address the situation. I sincerely hope management denied this man service or at least addressed his behavior, because it was disgusting, aggressive, and unacceptable.

I like buying your commercial kitchenware from this location. Good quality and reasonable prices. No fresh seafood at this location. No food court. Actually, very limited departments. Just noticed that I do not have many pictures for this location; I will change that on my next visit. Atmosphere - They added gas to this location in April of 2022. Makes parking slightly harder, but I like to walk. Neat and organized; actually, it is even more spacious than I remember from my last visits. Service - Consistent. Price - I never check. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1992. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club.
