They schedule projects VERY last minute with no notice. As someone who is very organized and has to travel for work often, their agency infuriates me. They sent me a notice to tow my car at MY expense because they wanted to paint new lines on the parking spots while I was away for all of 1.5 weeks. The fact that they couldn't even give me a full weeks notice is absurd. They then scheduled a fire alarm testing on my only work from home day of the week. Given 2 hours notice via email They do not answer residents when they have concerns. Not even acknowledgment of their message. One of the women that work at this agency sent me a pretty inconsiderate email (so I know they can access their email..) accusing me of some thing that I did not do. Didn't ask me about this yet I've sent complaints about the same issue! I did have a nice encounter with a male rep from this agency but overall, I don't trust this agency and have had nothing but bad experiences with them so far.

For the second, I have a similar experience to the other reviews back to 2019. It is because per the agent "They do everything online". So, if there is a computer or network issue, or tech issue, nothing will happen. They also ask you to upload more personal information than the average lease company. Then do not know how long to retain it or what to do with your information!!

I had requested James White to fix up my property in order to have it in rental condition and to provide me with all receipts for reimbursement. *Blue Roof Property Mgmt refused to swing by the property to meet any workers or provide photos of work, stated that was not in their scope of work *Blue Roof Property Mgmt took a month and a half to begin the process of cleaning the unit, I requested several times to please hurry so that I may rent the property *After a few months of this, I notified Blue Roof Property Mgmt that I will no longer require their services. They then quickly retaliated on me reminding me of our early termination agreement and demanding $2,000 in reimbursement. DO NOT HIRE!
