Denise is always available and when we've had emergencies or just needed a fast response, she will pick up the phone and respond to emails even if it's 10pm. I'm extremely impressed. They've quickly and conscientiously handled any issues we've encountered with residents, security, and maintenance. If you're seeing complaints here, I can almost guarantee you that practically every single one is from a resident who was a nuisance to the rest of their building and was angry about fines the board assessed against them. I've lived in the Pearl for some years, and I personally recognize at least two names among the Google reviews of people who were absolutely horrid as neighbors, risking the security of the building by leaving gates open, yelling at or threatening neighbors, loud noise, and so on. Don't buy into their revenge posts. I also greatly appreciate the consistency we have gotten with CMI. Board members turn over every couple of years, but having a person like Denise, and competent colleagues like Meghan makes a huge difference in having that legacy knowledge about your building. They remember past issues, they know our current situation, and they can always advise us on what the norm is at other buildings. CMI has been invaluable. I had requested James White to fix up my property in order to have it in rental condition and to provide me with all receipts for reimbursement. *Blue Roof Property Mgmt refused to swing by the property to meet any workers or provide photos of work, stated that was not in their scope of work *Blue Roof Property Mgmt took a month and a half to begin the process of cleaning the unit, I requested several times to please hurry so that I may rent the property *After a few months of this, I notified Blue Roof Property Mgmt that I will no longer require their services. They then quickly retaliated on me reminding me of our early termination agreement and demanding $2,000 in reimbursement. DO NOT HIRE!
