Build your own omelette

Cute little place, although it didn't seem to have much of a mountain view! Our server was familiar with keto and the low carb way of eating, so she went above and beyond to answer questions and find something for us within those parameters. I had the shrimp cake Benedict on sourdough toast, with fruit on the side. My husband had an omelette with fruit on the side. Our meals came out in a timely manner and were delicious. When we got the bill, we were somewhat surprised that we were charged for tiny ramekins of salsa and pico, as well as upcharged for the fruit. It was ok, but we wish our server had told us that was going to be the case. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

Great Tiny diner with a huge selection no matter what you are in mood for. The loaded biscuit and gravy half portion was plenty for me. It came with an egg and hatch, bacon and cheese. The biscuit was a bit dry for me which was my only complaint. The avocado toast was fresh and tasty also with the sprout. Judging by the number of I assume locals hanging out you can tell they are consistent with good coffee. The waitress was fast and attentive to everyone. Making sure the coffee was full and the food was good. It isn't a romantic spot but great view outside on the patio.

We have eaten here several times for breakfast. It's pretty good. Service is friendly. But, we have noticed it's a bit before you get your food even when it's not that busy. And, sometimes things are not very warm. We went recently and I really enjoyed my salmon toast but my husband's breakfast wasn't hardly warm and the biscuit was not edible- they had forgotten some ingredient and it was so hard!! We were disappointed this visit- but, we all have an off day.

Service was rude. Absolutely no greeting other the "Sit wherever see the sign". I ordered take out a scramble. I think there was one egg in the scramble 3 pieces of spinach. It just was a waste of money and time. Should of went to grocery store and made it myself.

This is a nice little spot in Fountain Hills. Located within a strip mall, the "mountain view" is not much and the patio sits next to a dirt lot. However, it is nice to have a patio available and they've dressed it up with potted plants and colorful furniture. Most of the food was good, although the potatoes were so overcooked that they appeared freeze-dried. I ordered the "Build Your Omelette" with egg whites and veggies only and it was quite tasty. The biscuit was very dense and didn't come with anything (butter, jam, honey) so a bit dull in flavor. The server was pleasant, although the service a bit slow (maybe because we were sitting outside). After our food came our server never came back to check on us so I had to go inside to ask for service. With lots of breakfast options around, I wouldn't choose this one a second time.

Good, no-frills breakfast spot! The food was solid, service was quick, and everything came out hot and fresh. Great choice if you want something simple and satisfying.

This was a lovely, quiet restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The waitress was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with care. It wasn't loud at all, which made for a relaxing dining experience. The place has a charming, homely feel--like somewhere you'd stumble upon in Sedona. I'd definitely come back again!

We were looking for a lite lunch after walking through the Art on the Avenue. We chose Mountain View Kitchen and it was a great choice. We each had salads. I chose the Greek Salad and husband had the Chicken Caesar. Both were the perfect size. The ingredients were fresh with a good ratio of toppings to lettuce. The size of the chicken on the Caesar salad was ample. Service was excellent. I liked the mason jar glasses for water and soda. Great stop.

It was okay. Would like to see corned beef hash on the menu. Real hash brown potatoes would be good.

The guac has little chopped tomatoes, cotija cheese and pumpkin seeds. The salsa is perfect. The chips and thick and crunchy and perfectly salted, everything was delicious. We also got the potato wedges with savory mustard aioli. So tasty. The potatoes cooked perfectly. I got the ginger soda which was refreshing. Husband got the sangria. We sat on the cute shady patio. Everything was amazing 10/10.

It's the kind of locally owned place that has a lot of character. Our waiter recommended the avocado dip and chips, which ended up being one of the best things we ordered. The portion was generous, fresh, and perfect for sharing. We also split the $19 bread board, which is similar to Postino's concept with four breads and different toppings. The hummus was easily our favorite, followed by the BLT. Unfortunately, the salmon and caper spread had a strong odor and tasted off, so none of us enjoyed it. The drinks were good--our friends enjoyed a coconut cocktail while we opted for wine. Overall, I'd give Sofritas 3/5 stars. The atmosphere, drinks, and avocado dip were enjoyable, but the bread board was hit-or-miss for our group.

The light, cheerful ambience flows seamlessly from the airy dining room to the patio--perfect for people-watching as the water dances in the distance. Service? Exceptional. Our waitress was wonderful, but what impressed me most was the teamwork--three staff members, including the manager, checked on our table with genuine care. That's hospitality done right. The food? Fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of color. The pizza, while not from a brick oven, is still beautifully done--artisan-style with a crisp crust and just the right bite. A chilled beer alongside makes it even better. And the Avocado Mandarin Spinach Salad? Sharp, balanced, and bursting with personality. Euro Café captures the charm of casual European dining with a sunny Arizona twist. Even without the brick oven, they've mastered the art of doing things right--making it my new favorite brunch stop in Fountain Hills.

Enjoyed a couple of ouzo with a drop of water, then had to have the flaming saganaki: graviera with a light flour dusting and deliciously melted with crispy bits. My favorite dishes have always been moussaka and pastistitsio: today I opted for the moussaka because I'm the only one to eat eggplant... my first bite took me back to lunch at the beach many years ago: very tasty and delicious. We also ordered the lamb cutlets, perfectly cooked and so good. Our server was attentive without being constantly hovering, which was great; the ambiance suited me perfectly as it was low key in the best way. The other diners sitting at their tables seemed local, the restaurant to pop in after a round of golf or just to enjoy a home cooked meal. I do enjoy these tucked away gems, their food as well as the service. I feel like we should come back on a saturday evening when the stage is set up and dancing might be happening :) At the end of the meal I only had room for my kafe metrio: I make it in my briki sometimes but it just tastes so much better made at the bar or restaurant. The restaurant is tucked away off the beaten path as it were, but I'm really happy I found Alexander's !!
