Bread basket & Jalapeno shortcake cocktail out on the patio

Had breakfast, lunch & dinner at this fantastic farm-to-table restaurant. Sitting on their patio that showcases the iconic vistas, being able to see McDowell Mountains & Four Peaks by day, shining stars everywhere at night. Everything indulged was deliciously satisfying. From their Chilean Sea Bass, 24 hr Braised Short Rib off of their dinner menu. Waking up to their Classic Breakfast & Brunch Burger for lunch. It was so amazing to experience everything eaten was nothing short of tasty. Sean, server of the evening, did a great job. Ambiance, very casual & the normal restaurant talk but not intrusive to your dining experience. I hope that I am able to return & replicate the same wonderful time had!

Dined at Cielo during a stay at Adero as we wanted to stay on property (and use our drink coupons). The bartender was extremely friendly albeit very very busy as the bar was slammed. The restaurant was packed without a reservation and would have been a long wait had we not sat at a table in the bar area. We had the option to dine outside under the night sky, but it was a bit chilly for that so we stayed inside. I was able to get a mocktail Aperol Spritz (my favorite), and my friend a real one. The drink way surpassed my expectations! The food was decent, we ordered the black bean hummus platter and the vegetables came squishy and old. They were kind enough to comp the platter and bring extra pita bread, and the hummus was still good! Otherwise, we ordered the Mushroom Risotto and Short Rib which were both good. The risotto was much cheesier than expected and was a huge plate! Definitely worth the price. Overall, great bar to grab a drink and good food when staying on property.

This is a fantastic restaurant with stunning views of the valley. Great service and excellent food. Simple menu with something for everyone. I would love to come back and try their lunch and dinner someday!

One of our favorite relatively upscale restaurants attached to Adero Resort set on a hill overlooking Fountain Hills. Great ambiance inside or outside. The service is always excellent and very attentive with a team like approach. The food portions are adequate and the quality was good. My wife loved the preparation of her salmon with her salad. I thought my short rib roast was a tad bit dry, but the gravy with cheese grits complemented it nicely. The house red wine also helped.

They ran short on some of the items we ordered. Two caprese salads were ordered & one plate had full sized sliced tomatoes and the other plate had half slices of tomatoes. Apparently they ran out & made a point in letting us know as they were being served. We had also ordered drinks. They all arrived but my husband's. After we asked, we were told they didn't have any grapefruit juice to make his drink. I ordered the eggplant dinner but the server returned advising it had sold out. Not sure how that happened since we were the 1st ones in for the evening. Honestly, nothing was close to good. Red sauce on pasta was rough .. tasted like it came right out of a tomato sauce can, pasta was soft. We left disappointed but still enjoyed an evening out with our friends. I don't know what else to say; was this experience a one off night for them? I'm not sure but I do know we won't be going back. It's a shame because it's a lovely venue for weddings & other parties.

The menu was quite large and I decided to go simple. I started with the Cesare salad. It was good but far from special and definitely not exceptional. It was served in what appeared to be a soup bowl which seemed a bit strange. The Caesar dressing was quite ordinary and the salad presentation was what I'd expect in a 3 star restaurant. My entree was the Spaghetti Puttanrsca. It was a nice blend of pasta, meats and spices. Served at the right temperature, it was unique and very flavorful and not too spicy. The dish does not appear on the online menu so I presume it's a newer item. For dessert I had the Coconut Sorbet. I should note there was no dessert menu and the waiter went over the choices with me. The Coconut Sorbet was rich and creamy although frozen quite hard. Overall I give the restaurant 4 stars. The service was excellent and the restaurant comfortable and inviting. The bar area was crowded which demonstrates the popularity of this location. I give it my recommendation.

The hostess greeted us right away, we were seated on the patio - gorgeous view. Our server was wonderful - attentive, courteous, provided suggestions without upselling. We ordered italicus spritz & margarita - light and pleasant summery drinks. For a meal, we shared deviled eggs, sonoran chicken lettuce wraps, sliders with fries and Thompson bolognese. Everything came out pretty fast - it was fresh and delicious, generous portions too. Of course we had to try dessert - we had spiced carrot cake with espresso.
