It was Kayla, the office worker (this may not be the correct spelling). What a complete bitch! She was so rude and the place was so disgusting that I just decided to forget about my $100 deposit and leave the unit still full. The only shining star in this story is the manager. I spoke to her for a minute about Kayla, and she was very pleasant. Unfortunately, she runs a pretty gross operation.

Prior to picking the trailer I had rented up, I…read moreasked Express Storage folks a few questions to assure I was getting the newer style trailer for the car I was hauling due to size differences. They assured me they would have one ready. When I didn't arrive at exactly the scheduled time, I received a phone call from U-Haul asking when I would be there (if i had truly forgotten, this would have been a lifesaver). Upon arrival, the Express Storage Staff was helpful and friendly. They had the trailer ready to go and made the process of checking in simple and easy. When I pulled in to return the trailer, they ran out to assist me putting the trailer back and got me out of there quickly. In short, they made the process simple and easy and respected my time so I would strongly recommend them again!

I have my identity jacked once and refuse to let it happen again. Anyway I show up today 8min till 4pm . Thats what time they close on sunday. I get there,the same time as another customer who i believe was getting unit.. I could be wrong . So I tell the kid I want to pay my storage I get my cash out and hes says" we dont take cash " im like what what do you mean you dont cash ? Then hes says were closing . Im like so . Ive come in at 4oclock on the nose before and paid it with no issues. Now today I cant today because of some kid is lazy .. he says we dont take cash 10min before closing .. but youll help the other chick get a storage unit. Seems like that would take a lot longer then just opening up the till and taking my money . Just saying . So I leave with out complaing . I figured ll go through some shit in my unit so driving out there wasnt a lost cause . Thats when I discovered they locked me out of my unit .. my contract says till the 10th before they lock you out.. today is the 8th . Keep in my mind i pay my storage fee over everymonth by $70 or $100. Just incase something like this happens . In the 15 plus years ive been there ive been a good customer . Im always on time but the one time and that was 10years ago .. ive never complained about anything even after my unit was broke in to 3 years ago and my door still isn't fixed properly. Its a decent place to rent . Just seems like there new staff is lazy or in to big of hurry to get home instead of taking there customers payments . When I arrived I met Rosa-staff person in the office. She was very cheerful, professional, polite and kind. I enjoyed meeting her, she explained everything easy to understand and the company's policies, along with their rates. If I need Extra storage space, I know where to go. I've been told I'm not allowed to ho to the property without an escort... I've never caused a scene left a mess or anything breaking the rules.. so they will continue I nie to take MY MONEY but I'm not allowed to have any of my belongings unless my husband can take time out of the day to escort me.... they keep making him change lock codes so I can't get in.... most foul behavior and.. dont rent there

Totally overrun with rats…read more I helped my niece move her stuff into this facility last year. They pushed their 3rd party storage insurance policy on her (they must get a commission). After a few months, she visited the unit to remove some things. The rats had chewed or pooped on nearly everything, despite there being nothing in there that smelled of food. The managers very graciously let her move what was salvageable to a different unit. They acted quite surprised to hear of the rodent experience, explaining that although there had occasionally been rats in one of the units long ago, it hadn't been a problem for quite some time. Last week, we returned to move everything out of the second unit. The rats had destroyed it all. The new managers were surprised, explaining that although there occasionally been rats in one of the units long ago, it hadn't been a problem for quite some time. Oh, and that insurance policy they push? It doesn't cover rodents.
