The area where this facility is located isn't the best but you would never know it. Upon entering when your passcode is entered at the entrance it automatically lets your personal alarm know that when the unit is opened it is YOU opening it and not someone else. Also there is a manager in site with security cameras in every location. Did I mention the staff and the cleanliness this place has? Well the staff are just so nice and helpful with carts available upon request to help load ur things. Also the units are climate controlled . This is great especially during the summer when temperatures far exceed the 100s in summer. I just would like to say thank you Storage One. You guys are awesome!

Last year during a microburst storm, they called me while it was still raining to say they noticed water pooling in some areas; wanted to let us know in case we wanted to check our unit. We went right over and everything safe and dry. All the staff were working hard to clear puddles. Beth and the other lady who works in the office are unfailingly professional, and courteous. I finally came out to move my things out just to find out there weren't anything left to move but couple of boxes and a broken dryer and washer bc they couldn't carry them out! Kathy was a manager there when I first moved into the unit. She knows that I don't live in Vegas, and I believed cold heartedly that she was the one robbed me of my things. I sent my brother out there to check on my unit, told her he would be there, he showed her my text and she refused to let him to my unit! the locks on my doors were cut and one was replaced without my knowledge. For all I know, I could have been paying for the empty unit all these years. I've lost everything I have worked hard for. All the sentimental I've saved from when I went back home are all gone! The camera was down, half of the time they don't answer the calls, or email. unless you leave a message threaten to get a lawyer involve. I am filing a claim thru the insurance i have with them, which probably going to pay out nothing! And I've lost more than $45000.00 worth of stuff! Everyone that got their unit broken into and lose their stuff; we all should get together and file a class action lawsuit against this company. Apparently, every Devon Self Storage across the US are having the same problem and the company is NOT taking accountability, but raising rent like they are secured the place like Ft. Knox!

When I originally got the storage she told me "just no living in the storage" witch I thought was strange but then after being here looking for a key we lost moving that opens the door to my daughters work. They started giving me dirty looks and staring into my storage. They have a group of older men that all come here individually change there clothes spray cologne talk on the phone. We moved into the storage when our new apartment fell through and we had to find a new place. So everything work clothes shoes towels was put in here but beside other people use there storage as a closet. One morning my daughter went to work at 5 am she needed boots for a party but you can't get in till they open so I waited on the other side of wall by the sushi place for them to open because we are staying on the other side of town. It was the day it was raining so I left the car on and I'm 40 so I fell asleep to the rain I bounced up forgot where I was an the women that works here was staring at me as soon I looked up in a very strange way like I was being surveillance or watched. Now every single time I come in which I waited over a week they start cleaning one even came one day and just stood there watching me pull my things out and wrote in la her phone. I'm sorry, but am I not allowed to be in my storage? Am I not allowed to go through my things? Is there a specific amount of time I'm supposed to be here cause I'm sure you could hold everybody accountable. It's the day and age where women are vilified and old drunks or drugs addict are felt sorry for even though this world was created for them now I come in today and theirs two women mopping in the middle of the day i'm using the bathroom and they're waiting outside of the bathroom when I come out I wait for them to decide where they're going because they're just standing there so then when they don't decide, I decide and I start to move. She head straight for me with the cart and then they start to speak about me as soon as I passed them, they're talking about me saying see look what did I tell you laughing real professional don't speak has an attitude so I'm talked about stalked harassed and vilified for doing the same thing anyone else comes here to do Mind you me and my daughter come alone don't make a mess. We're not drug addicts never cause problems but for some reason they're always watching us like we've done something wrong.
