We came on a Saturday afternoon and decided to check out a place with great reviews in town. I ordered the skillet, which came with potatoes, pulled pork, eggs, avocado, and sautéed onions and peppers. The flavors were great and they offered some homemade ketchup that was also tasty. My wife enjoyed her omelet and salad combo. My daughter tried the Japanese option with the chai latte and the side of hash browns. She enjoyed the flavors and the hash browns were served in wedges which made it crispy and looked cool. We'll come back to enjoy the flavors of this place again sometime.

Day N Nite Bistro was the best food part of our trip! What looks to be a regular breakfast spot is a culinary delight. There are posters of some world renowned chefs on the walls, so there's respect for the ingredients and cooking techniques. Came here for breakfast and I got the omurice and my friend got the crispy polenta skilet. Both were great choices from a taste perspective. The omurice was not cooked traditionally, but it was delicious and kept me full all day. The risotto was cooked perfectly. The polenta had coconut which added a nice dimension to the corn texture and flavor. The wild mushrooms paired well with the sun dried tomatoes in the skillet. I also loved the orange juice which had some pulp to it. The coffee was also nice and strong with refills offered. Service stands out at this establishment. It was friendly, attentive, and there were check-ins to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Excellent, creative, delicious food! I loved my Gluten Free almond flour pancake, the salmon eggs Benedict was beautiful, the Nutella bandanna crepes were huge and tall, risotto filled omelet was yummy. Stuffed French toast was very special. And out of this world was the avocado toast. Many GF conversion options. What a brilliantly creative chef!

We have been waiting for a place in Heber that serves breakfast items late into the afternoon and have been super happy with Day "N" Night. Their dishes remind my wife and I of home-cooked meals that are prepared with care, passion, and tradition. The open kitchen reflects that approach, nothing to hide but fresh ingredients! We have had most items on the menu, and love the Huevos Rancheros (not spicy but sooo flavorful), breakfast skillet, Bison Burger, and Eggs Benedicts with hollandaise from scratch. Along with typical American & Southern dishes, they have a diverse menu influenced by Asian, Hispanic, and French favorites (like crepes). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Don't be discouraged by the strip mall location. This is definitely worth a try[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

They were not; they were actually 50% or more higher at the restaurant. The hamburger that was showing on Yelp for $15 was actually $22. The Steak Frites advertised for $22 were $35. I understand inflation, but this was a gross enough difference that it borders on deception, in my opinion. I also had a bad experience with my food: I ordered a cup of their chili (which they claim is made from scratch, on-site) and it was brought to the table cold. Like, "right out of a can" cold. Kelsi, our fantastic server, returned it to the kitchen where (I presume) they nuked it and brought it back. It was heated, but not very tasty. Flat; under-seasoned; mushy textured. Definitely something I'd never order again. Many reviews say the atmosphere is "loud" but what they mean is, it's "LOUD". We were seated inside, and it was nearly impossible for the three of us to converse. The acoustics are not great. Enough cons; how about some pros? My burger was FANTASTIC! piled high with caramelized onions and pastrami, but beef patty tasted like it'd just come off a charcoal grill. Terrific flavor in every bite. (The parmesan fries were tasty, too, but a little on the soggy side.) My dining partners each had a salad (one 'wedge' and one 'beetroot') and both were well-prepared and generously portioned. And, finally, the staff, the location, the vibe: All really first-rate. I'll probably come back, if I ever recover from the bait'n'switch sticker shock. (But I'll steer clear of the chili and opt to dine on the patio, if that's available!)

Their breakfast and coffee paninis, along with the burritos, are simply outstanding--distinctive, thoughtfully crafted, and far better than anything you'd expect to find tucked inside a hardware store. As a vegetarian, I'm continually impressed. The menu never lets me down; the choices are abundant, creative, and consistently delicious. I find myself inventing excuses to stop by for both breakfast and lunch because it's just that good. The staff adds to the charm--warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. And yes, the location inside the hardware store is a little unconventional, but that quirk only adds to its character. It's absolutely worth the small detour. The restaurant is further Park City and Kamas than I expected even having checked on the map before driving, just FYI for those thinking this is near PC. BUT as a local Parkite, I did see people I know also dining there for their Sunday Brunch. We had made a reservation, but I guess if you only do it 1 day in advance it's not on the paper they print out, so they weren't prepared for us. And I don't know if they were shorthanded at 4 staff members on the floor (1 was the owner, 2 were waitresses, 1 was a busser), but we waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Despite this, they were all very kind and had good costumer service, just slow. Woodland Biscuit Company is a very small restaurant. During the good weather months they have outdoor seating too, which helps to accommodate more parties. But this is not the place to bring large groups. Of course you come for the biscuits. They offer "first come, first serve" cinnamon roll biscuits but as we were in the late brunch crowd, they were sold out. So we settled on The Messy to split but my son didn't like the granola on top BUT that also didn't stop him from shoving a 1/4 biscuit in his mouth at a time. The rest was good too - eggs and bacon plate (served with a small biscuit), and croquettes madame (on top of a large, flat biscuit).
