Luciano has very nice customer service and care to his clients. I was amazed by the exterior and interior cleaning with the basic wash of $59 for my car. There were some leftover spots of dirt or grime (I am detail oriented person that washes their own cars so I really pay attention), but overall fantastic work! Well, I hate to do this, and I'm not really one to post negative reviews, however, I feel like my experience with the final product is leading me to do so I initially wanted to have the car detailed because it was dirty and there are time constraints to where I don't have 3 to 4 hours to clean the vehicle. I wanted to have the vehicle detailed so I could then maintain and upkeep the cleaning of the vehicle. Just as a background, I've had detail experience for about 3 to 4 years now with all the tools and resources, such as compounds, buffing tool with pads , chemicals, towels, pressure, washer, so on and so forth. Scheduling wise, very responsive. They put me on a waitlist for just in case they could squeeze me in same day, however I completely understood if they couldn't because they have appointments that they needed to take care of. Before the day that my vehicle was going to be detailed, they asked if I can move to an earlier time which I truly appreciate because it frees up more time during the day since it takes them two hours to take care of the job. However, we still ended up with 9 AM arrival time which was perfectly fine. The owner arrived earlier than expected, which was really nice and I received a text, informing me that he was here. Really nice guy and very professional with his demeanor. Now to the part that I'm not too happy about. Before the detail service today, I insured to take care of the wrap on my vehicle on a biweekly basis, and the last big service that I did, which took me about five or six hours was too buff the entire vehicle, eliminate any scratches and applying glaze, sealant, a bead maker and , wax. I know some of you here, reading this will say I shouldn't be buffing a wrap, however, the company that the wrap is from stated that I could do so with a light cut compound with a polish applied with low speed. I know for a fact that there were some deep scratches, but of which that couldn't be corrected since it is a wrap. But, on a level of swirls or hazing or light scratches , they were non existent. Unfortunately after the detail today after examining the vehicle more after he had left, there were a huge amount of swirl marks over the whole car from what appeared to be a microfiber cloth due to the surface not being cleaned properly and a mitt pressed the dirt into the wrap or from dust being spread around or the final wipe down from work cloths. I'm not sure which , but it's definitely from either or from my years of experience. Unfortunately, the whole vehicle was covered with those swirl marks. My hard work from before is now ruined, and I will eventually later again have to spend hours on correcting those swirl marks. Also, there was hard water over the whole vehicle and dirt that easily came off. See pics attached. I went ahead and applied detail spray along with bead maker on the vehicle after he was gone and the water spots luckily did go away, but a lot did not and since I don't have access to an outlet since I'm at an apartment , I'll have to find a way to use my buffer somewhere. I should've looked closer and stated my concerns , however I was pressed for time. On the bright side , the interior looks exceptional, as well as the trims on the outside of the vehicle. I was very impressed with how clean the interior was, and how we left no debris whatsoever left in the vehicle. He also had the interior smelling absolutely amazing. Overall, great guy! Very professional with his demeanor, and was able to answer my questions and did a fantastic job on the interior of the vehicle. However, the reason why two stars is because of my explanation above about the exterior. I take a lot of pride in my work and five or six hours for Total correction, and then having it come back with swirl marks, all over the whole vehicle is rather disappointing. I was overall hoping for a simple clean, and I can then maintain the upkeep of the vehicle. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.m Update : the owner replied with water spots being there previously due to sprinklers etc. car has never been exposed to sprinklers and the scratch swirls were not there. Those do not appear out of nowhere unless caused by spreading dirt with a towel or the vehicle not being cleaned fully with the car then being dried. So, about 2-3 weeks ago, I called to have my car cleaned(ceramic coating $260). So we set up a new appt for 10.24. I texted them the day before to confirmed the appt. So I got a message from them, and again, they canceled 10hrs before they were to show up. They said "Oh your appt is for 11.24. You must have gotten your date wrong." BullCrap!
