It was absolutely packed with premium meats, fresh tomatoes, onions, and hot pepper relish on a fresh roll. Every bite was loaded with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The portion was incredible--this wasn't a skimpy sandwich by any means. At $12 for a half sub, it felt like one of the best food values I've had in a long time. If you're visiting Atlantic City, White House Subs is a must. It's easy to see why they've been an institution for generations. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town. Five stars. Exactly what I was craving. There was a business card taped to the cover on the tray. "Spanky and Son" I googled it and it was directly across the street from the showroom on the little side street between The Cadillac dealership and the Chevrolet dealership. I walked over to this little hole in the wall place...told them how good the sub was that I just had and ordered one to take home with me. The very nice woman behind the counter told me how everything is made fresh and that they have been there for 45 years!!!! Absolutely one of the best subs I have ever had and I grew up in South Jersey so there are plenty of good sub shops to compare it to and I'm not talking about Subway and Wawa. lol.
