Aimee has introduced sound bowls and sound tuning forks that produce sounds and vibrations that reduce inflammation and help to calm my brain from sending bad messages to muscles in my body. I love the Ashiatsu technique of massage it really helps pain relief, and increases my flexibility as well! If you are looking for a soft barely touching you massage (which I don't think provides any relief) I wouldn't suggest them but if you appreciate actual pain relief they'll fix you! I suggest Katie if you go in for a massage! Enjoy!!
