I'd been experiencing pain for about six months before finally making an appointment so didn't expect all of the damage I'd done to be erased in one visit. Jenn asked a lot of questions and got to work. At first I saw Jenn every few weeks. She has used a combination of deep tissue massage, cupping, medi-cupping and has also used a variety of CBD lotions dependent on my pain levels. I really appreciate not only Jenn's abilities as a talented massage therapist, I have also gained so much knowledge from her on other holistic approaches to my healing: stretches and herbal remedies being only a few. Every appointment starts with a discussion about any issues I've had....and lots of times I just tell her to find the areas that seem tight...it really is amazing how she can find the spots to make other parts of my body feel better! Jenn is incredibly dedicated to her business and clients and I appreciate that she is willing to go above and beyond when we discuss issues I experience and how I can supplement my massages. Although I haven't taken advantage of some of the other offerings at Modality, I think that her addition of other treatment methods shows her dedication to providing options for anyone. He's African American, maybe late 30-40s, around 5'10", he touched me inappropriately. He placed what I believe his vital part on my palm when I was on my stomach. I remember, I froze and didn't know what to do and very scared, I felt extremely exposed and vulnerable, while he continued his "therapy". When he finally done, he left my room, and I didn't see his face afterward. I called and spoke with my attorney friend of this, immediately and was able to calm down. But I've NEVER since returned to this location EVER AGAIN. That man is a pervert! I regret that I didn't call the police at that time.

I viewed it as something you treated yourself to on vacation lol. I was so wrong! Massage, done by the right person, can help everyday health issues. I have had sinus/ allergy issues since the 4th grade. Fast forward to this week a bad cold and crazy temperature shifts had left me with a headache for 3 days. The dizziness was starting as was the pain down my neck and the back of my skull. The pressure was terrible! I was heading down the path to a sinus infection ugh.
