We needed to ship our car from San Francisco to Chicago. I've shipped cars before and haven't always had the greatest experience, but that wasn't the case with All American! It was very easy to call and get a quote immediately and they had the best deal out of the three companies I called. Frankie was very helpful with coordinating everything and at the last minute we switched our ship date and he updated everything immediately with no issues. Once the car was dropped off and in transport I received clear communication throughout the process about timing for the arrival of our vehicle in Chicago. There was a chance the car would arrive before we had left SF, and All American was great at keeping me and the person I designated to pick-up the car if it arrived before we did in the loop about timing. Once the car arrived and I had taken possession of it, I received a text within minutes double checking that everything was satisfactory. We recently moved from Northern CA to San Antonio, TX. Next to moving and having a baby, the next most stressful thing is having to ship a vehicle. I've heard so many horror stories (my family is military and utilizes vehicle shippers a lot) and dreaded when the day finally came where I had to ship a vehicle. First off, if you're going to use Yelp to find your shipper - make sure you go Thru and read all the reviews. Even the ones that yelp decides to not show on the main page. Look for how many reviews the people have given (make sure a majority of the reviews come from yelpers who are somewhat active ). Also read the reviews and the responses from the company (if any). I have to admit. I loved reading All Americans replies to reviewers as they were absolutely logical and well addressed. If I was judge Judy I'd rule for All American a majority of the time. I finally decided on All American and first encounter Crystal who was funny, super informative and just downright nice. The car I was shipping was actually in the shop getting some work done so I wasn't sure how long it would be but once the work was completed I'd be ready for pick up. What I thought would only take a couple days in the shop took over two weeks. But Crystal continued to check in with me. And finally I got a date from the shop so i contacted All American and Alexander helped me. Yet again, super nice person, great personality and fantastic sense of humor. Totally took some of my anxiety away about this. We set up a pick up time, he walked me thru the entire process and gave me a yelp discount. While waiting for the pickup to happen the next week, Alexander and his coworkers Kept me informed in regard what to expect and to contact them if I had any issues. Day of pick up, my new idol Igor (see my Brothers yelp review) picked up the car and took most of the remaining anxiety away from me. As in any service things can happen - acts of God, bad weather, other bad drivers, accidents, etc etc. But between All American and Igor and his company, I felt like these were upstanding people so that if something happened I had faith that we could figure it out and make it right. And dealing with services that's pretty damn good when you can walk away feeling trust in this business. The car got to Oklahoma later in the week. My daughter said the driver was super cool and meet her at the time and place agreed on. They went over the car and parted ways. Big ups to All American for doing the job right. I have mad love for this company because what they do for a living is a lot of ifs - what if the truck crashes? What if a vehicle is vandalized? What if a storm hits? What if....... so many things beyond their control. But what they've done is worked out their end of the deal so that when those what if things happen they can be addressed and handled quickly and in a professional manner. Now I know I wrote a positive review but I was hoping the owner (Justin I'm waiting for ya) could still reply as his replies are epic and read like my favorite book :) Cheers UPDATE- Omg! Justin responded and broke it down for you. I'm old school in regard to doing business. I believe in a relationship between both parties, being honest and accountable and most of all ready to partner together so if something goes wrong we can get ahold of it before it becomes too big to fix/correct. I got that with All American and Brothers Motors. I'm grateful for going thru this experience with both companies as if renews my faith in being able to still find stand up people. Great overall company! Had to ship a vehicle from Ohio to California. This company was recommended to me from the moving company I was using at the time. Great communication from each step of the way which really impressed me. All American Trucking worked with SafeAuto Transport out of Roseville, California whom actually supplied the drivers for pick-up and drop-off. SafeAuto was also great and even offered an earlier pick up day than quoted. Received my car in less than one week, in the same condition. Don't be scammed by other companies with lower quotes that require a deposit, they usually will lack communication once you pay the deposit. All American was slightly higher in terms of price compared to other quotes I received but I am glad I paid the extra for 1) piece of mind 2) great communication 3) great customer service and transport. I contracted All American to transport my car from the Bay Area to Madison, WI. Overall the experience was pretty good with a few hiccups along the way. Arranging for transport was easy enough. Justin and Marge were able to answer all my questions. The minor issues I encountered were associated with transport. My car was picked up a day late. This was not a big deal for me because the driver was pretty good about letting me know where he was. He was also very careful when it came to loading my car. After that, it was a a little stressful trying to figure out when the car would be delivered. Eventually, I found out that the transporter was having some mechanical issues. Understandably, the car would be delivered a day late. The followup communication from this point on was prompt. I ended up having to pay 1 extra day on my rental car, but if my car had not showed up, All American offered to pay for any additional days. Definitely appreciate the gesture. That being said, I would still recommend them. read more

I had a perfect experience with Justin and All American Trucking & Transport! I've never written a review here, so I hope it posts to their YELP page forever. We had to transport or drive a car to our daughter attending college in Dallas, and I had no idea a week ago how to make this happen. Driving ourselves was going to be costly and time consuming, with hotels, wear and tear on car, and logistics. After looking online and calling a number of sketchy individuals who said they transported cars (some with credentials I couldn't search or find online - the only info I could find about one alleged car transport company was a Russian Facebook page!) I finally used YELP to find a moving or car transport service, and found All American. After reading all the great reviews I decided they were the real deal. By the time I talked to Justin I'd spent a whole morning making calls and had little faith in the industry. I had a LOT of questions. He put me at ease and clearly explained the process, timeframe, where they were, and costs. Justin also offered to meet with my husband and I when we dropped off the car, which was really nice gesture since it looked like he was extremely busy. Justin corresponded with us over the weekend to assure us the car was on its way. We knew from our daughter that it was delivered a day early, and Vlad the driver offered to meet her at work to drop off the car. It could not have been a more smooth and prompt transaction. Justin followed up with us to let us know the car had been delivered just in case we had other questions. While the transport was $200 more than other quotes, I knew that my car wouldn't end up stripped in another town and that delivery would be made to my daughter in daylight and at a location they could both agree on. We had contact during the entire process, and Justin could not have been nicer answering all of our concerns. I had a great experience with this company. My car arrived in a very timely manner and had positive interactions with all representatives of the company. The drop off in Burlingame and transportation to SFO were easy and efficient. It was a real bonus to be able to drop off the car and go straight to the airport. And once the car was loaded, it arrived on the east coast in only 4 days. There was a slight delay in its loading due to bad weather, but I knew what to expect because the customer service representative was in touch with me regularly. The truck driver called me the day before to let me know what time to expect the car. He phoned midday the day of delivery to confirm our time and place of meeting. After reading so many reviews and horror stories on yelp I was very worried about shipping our car. I am very glad we chose All American. Everything went smoothly and as planned. We shipped our car from LA to Boston. When we first contacted All American we gave them a 3 day window that we want our car to be picked up. About a week before our car was picked up, they contacted us saying that next week the driver would contact us one day before he would pick up the car (on one of the three days). He called us and next day (on the first day of 3 day window) he came to pick up the car. He took pictures of the car and answered our questions. Our car arrived exactly in 9 days! One day before our car arrived, the driver called us and gave the exact time and place where he would meet us. He met with us in a mall that is very close to our apartment. We received the car in the exact same condition we left it. I cannot believe this went so smoothly. I also want to express that everyone - the first driver who picked up the car, the driver who delivered it, the two people we talked to arrange everything - they were very nice and professional. We had to change the delivery address so we had to exchange e-mails a couple of times. Our calls and e-mails were answered promptly, new work order with the new address was sent to us right away. I created an account just to comment on this business. I wanted to ship a car from California to Illinois and my requirements for pick up and delivery were very specific due to a tight travel window. I researched alot of companies but because of the Yelp ratings, i ended up working with All American Trucking & Transport. Mike Wright ended up being the agent that took care of me and although my dates were constantly adjusting, he was very cordial and created a plan that went off without a hitch. Due to the location and timing, they used a another trucking company to actually carry the vehicle, but all the logistics were handled thru this company. This company is professional, communicative, and thorough. I chose them because they were recommended by the moving company that I was using (Spartan Van Lines, also highly reviewed above most other moving companies), and it turned out that they had awesome/positive reviews among a sea of horrible/negative reviews in this industrys along with horror stories (vehicle never being picked up, etc.) I had a large move from CA to PA o I needed assurance of quality. The moving company that was using (Spartan Van Lines a great company), recommended this car moving company, which also seemed to be well reviewed like Spartan. The price was affordable and similar to other quotes that I received, if not cheaper. Like most companies, the hard part is that they give you the 7-14 day window which means that you may be without a car for a while at your new destination, but that seems to be a normal part of the process, especially with long range moves. Customer service was great and explained all details. They then gave me plenty of reminders about pickup day, and then plenty of reminders about estimated delivery days and times as I was waiting. It was nice to have that info for planning sake. Everyone was friendly from the initial call, pickup, and delivery. The car arrived in 10 days, seems fair for a cross country move, and it was in fine shape. A heads up that they prefer to pickup/deliver to places like store parking lots with lots of room, versus residential streets/locations. Understandable given the size of the truck they use, but just be sure to plan to have someone that can pick you up from the drop off place and also drive you to the pickup location.
