The first Chiropractor has at least retired by now. Orno Chiropractic is great. Grate front desk. Awesome doctors who adjust you from head to toe. They have exercises you can get to help yourself, the web site is informative. PAIN! If you have pain you want to get rid of it! If you have pain in your back and your doctor can't help you may have something that needs to be moved back to where it belongs. It may hurt but a Chiropractor can fix it.

The use of an actuator repeatedly on both sides of my neck was extremely painful and was akin to being hit repeatedly with a ball point hammer at close range . I seriously doubt the Dr was trained on proper use of that actuator . No kidding - it's a BIG deal .

I don't like to admit it but, frankly, I was afraid. A friend recommended Dr. Mike at Oceanside. I called on a Monday, and he graciously fit me in on Tuesday due to my urgency, and I had a 20% recovery. I saw him again on Wednesday and would guess I was then 80% recovered...actually went grocery shopping in a rain storm! I was giddy because I saw that I was on my way to a fully erect walking (briskly) recovery when, before, it felt like I was heading towards a wheelchair.
