It took them nearly an hour just to carry a mattress down three flights of stairs because they had to stop and rest several times. After everything was packed, moving a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home still took 5.5 hours. They also damaged my child's wooden play kitchen by punching a hole in it, and they placed the mattress upside down with the sleeping surface facing the floor. On top of that, they pressured us to give a tip. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

Leading up to our move date, Shenna called and emailed with reminders for any last-minute tasks and collected information so our moving team knew exactly what we needed on the date. On moving day, we had a crew of 3 movers: Enrique, Ismael, and Jose/Luis. They were punctual and arrived at our apartment right on time to get started on our move. After walking them through our apartment, discussing expectations, and signing the agreement, they went to work. This team was quick, and I mean QUICK, to disassemble and pack the truck. However, this does not mean they were sloppy by any means. Everything from our baby's furniture to our 75-inch TV was packed with the utmost care. Despite the rain, all of our belongings arrived safely at our new rental and were reassembled exactly as we asked. They arrived on time and worked very hard and quick to get everything loaded up onto the truck. The movers were very professional and had all the supplies we and they needed. We had some big wire racks and they were able to saran wrap a bunch of boxes on them. They also had some wardrobe boxes that had a rod to hang stuff on. We had stuff at two locations so they had to pick stuff up at one, leave some stuff from spot 1 behind at spot 2, and pick up everything else from spot two before taking it all to its final landing spot. A couple things did break in transit, some cubbies and a glass baking dish, the dish was my fault though as it wasn't wrapped at all, and was in a collapsible bin. They were also able to take away an old mattress, it was a little more expensive that my boyfriend was originally quoted, but after a long day of packing and moving, we were fine paying it to not have to deal with it.

FANTASTIC service! I needed to clear my basement and move…read moreeverything into a POD storage container ahead of a renovation starting in a few days. I realized the day before the POD was to be delivered that I in fact did Not want to load to container myself - enter Yelp Request-A-Quote. Because of this last minute decision, best decision ever, I needed a quick turnaround. After several estimates, Buzzy was the best and could accommodate my start date in two days. The movers were running behind but kept me continually updated on their arrival time, which changed a few times but the updates made this less of an annoyance (and I wasn't necessarily in a rush). I wish I got the two movers' names, they were Superb! There was a bit of a language barrier but google translate got us through. They finished my move/transfer in less than an hour and a half and did such a great job packing the POD I was able to get more things in than I had anticipated (less to deal with, extra bonus)-AMAZING! They wrapped, taped, tightened, squeezed and stacked everything wonderfully. They were efficient and careful. They unhooked my washer (the dryer was stuck they couldn't' get it out), wrapped and loaded that as well. HIGHLY recommend! I will be calling them when it is time to unload my POD (or any other time I need movers)!
