When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. We called them on Easter Sunday at 7:15 am hoping they might be able to help us out. They picked up immediately and said they could be at our apartment as soon as 8:00 am!! On Easter Sunday!!!! It was an Easter miracle! They charged 70 bucks an hour for two guys, or offered us 4 guys for 140 an hour. We took two guys since we said we would be helping out as well. It was an additional $100 for the truck rental on their end and they called us the moment they were outside. There were no additional side charges. Period. Just $100 dollars plus $70 per hour. SUPER good deal! I received a quote from one other place, and the other place had me fill out a huge quote for, and quoted me over 500. We had a bunch of other boxes and small stuff but told them to just grab the big stuff. In total we had the following items to move: 1 couch that pulled out to a queen sized bed, 1 dining room hutch, 1 huge cat tree, 1 enormous dining room table, 1 queen sized bed and giant mattress, 1 large dresser, 1 TV stand, 1 coffee table, 1 kitchen block/cart, 1 large cupboard, 1 Huge desk with a versa desk on top, 1 entry way bench, and 1 set of file cabinet drawers. We lived on the first floor of an apartment building (still had a flight of stairs to go down) and we were moving to the 2nd floor of a new place just down the street (still had about 3 flights of stairs). Both places had very difficult back stairwells (common with old apartment buildings) to maneuver. Mark and William showed up and did an absolutely stellar job. They took a total of 2.5 hours and took incredible care of every one of our items. In total, our final bill $275. These guys rocked and the price was so reasonable. I was literally in shock watching how quickly and efficiently they moved. They were lifting things as if the items weighed nothing. At one point one of them had the set of file cabinet drawers strapped to their back and just breezed up the back stairs. I literally couldn't believe it! They were so so so friendly and kind. I would recommend A&R moving to anyone and everyone!!!!!!

I had a few quotes from several companies and ACM Movers gave me the best deal so I decided to book with them. They give you a window of time in which your movers will arrive. Mine was between 2-3 PM. They take a $50 deposit at time of booking (you pay the rest after the move is finished). They took my card over the phone for the deposit. Moving Day: On the day of my move, I received a call from them around 12:50 PM explaining their movers will be arriving late between 4-4:30 PM because of some issues with their moving truck. My window of arrival was between 2-3 PM, so although I was a bit disappointed since it was not a short delay, I do understand that sometimes things happen out of our own control. I am not an unreasonable person. I do appreciate that they let me know ahead of time instead of during my window of arrival. Communication is key for all relations and businesses. Arrival: They arrived at 4:15 PM. They wasted absolutely no time when they arrived. I was asked what they should and shouldn't be moving. While Daniil went over my moving information/details and pricing for me to sign, Vlad was already loading up my things to the truck. By the time I finished with the documents, half my things were already loaded. Daniil quickly joined Vlad thereafter. The Move: The move was swift and rapid, but with care. They finished loading up my things within half an hour of arriving. I was impressed! It has got to be the fastest move I've ever experienced and I've moved quite a bit in my lifetime. I am literally a nomad. When we got to my destination, it took them roughly 40 minutes to complete the move. I had a small storage space and I honestly didn't think all my belongings could fit but they magically made it happen and I was very happy because I really did not want to rent another space or go through the hassle of changing my storage unit. From time of arrival to time finished, it took them about 2 hours with some minutes to spare. My quote was for 2 hours and it was spot on with the information I had given them. Payment/Quote/Completion: $129/hour x 2 hours $129 for distance/mileage Total $387 If you go over your time slot then an increase in price will obviously take place. But, with how fast these guys work I don't think you'll see any surprise additional costs, so just make sure everything is in order on your end with scheduling elevator reservation at your designated properties to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. This is just Moving 101. You can pay with cash, Zelle, or Venmo. I'm not sure if they take cards, but I paid through Venmo with my remaining balance. I would inquire about acceptable payments if you don't have any of the options mentioned above. Overall Experience: Although there were some mishaps with the arrival time, these guys were diligent and professional with their work and made up for it with their brisk and smooth move. My things are still intact and not damaged, which is most important to me. All other miscellaneous issues I can overlook. But, that's just me. These guys take their work seriously and you can just tell. I am planning to use them again for my next move and hopefully I can request for the same guys (Vlad and Daniil), but I'm sure everyone in their company is just as good.
