Call them call them call them. Absolutely the best helpers when it comes to moving. They are so considerate, respectful and understand that you just want to unload the truck as fast as possible. We had the worst week leading up to getting our keys for our new home and I had to reschedule with Daniel at least 4 times. He was so nice about it and made it work for us. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. We unloaded a 26' truck into a 2 story home so fast. I hope to god I don't have to move any time soon. I got ditched by my moving helpers on the day of my move and was in a serious pinch. Im not the youngest of ladies anymore and was moving into an upstairs apt, all by myself at this point. I found Moving You Up thru my Uhaul rental and I quickly realized I'd made the best choice in them, immediately after they arrived! They are not your "typical" moving crew, and I was completely impressed. I've hired movers in the past, both for personal moves and also for 2 business relocations and I can tell you, they are head and shoulders better than any crew I've ever hired and worked with! Super communicative, respectful, Responsible and kind. Also, boy do they hustle! Even in the 95 degree afternoon sun and heat, they busted their butts and moved everything I'd packed into the uhaul in less than 2 hours, furniture and all! It took me 2 full days to load a 10' uhaul so I hoped (and hired them for) 3 hours with 2 movers, that they could finish in that time, but we had time to spare! They offered to do any other help i could think of for the remaining time, so they assembled my bed and we decided to even make a 2nd run and go back for the less important things I'd left behind for another day! They never complained and never slowed down, they seemed genuinely happy to help me. This really meant a lot to me, I'm a single, empty nester and my kids were supposed to help me that day and couldn't make it, so I was stressed and a little broken hearted that day, but they were so willing to help and happy to be there, at the end of the day I was happy, not so sad that I'd gotten ditched and glad to have met 2 really great and kind people. I really could talk all day about them, they impressed me that much! This is the worst company. Found them through Uhaul and called. Eli texted me back and then called me. We scheduled to have 2 guys come out. I told him that I needed about 2-3 hours moving several large items from my home to a storage. 2 hours past the agreed time I texted and Eli said their system was down but they were on their way. 45 mins later 2 guys in separate cars show up. Talk for 10 mins then one asks me when he sees the empty trailer. Oh your done. I said no we need to move items from the house to storage. He said oh. Walks away and then 5 mins later both guys leave. I tried reaching Eli for the next few hours and days with no reply Nothing but a two bit operation.
