Came in and was standing at the counter for about 5 min without being greeted. I could see the girls are busy making drinks but a "we'll be right with you" would have been nice. (It would be nice to see that managers are training this young generation some cust service skills). Anyways. BEWARE.. Apparently what's on the app is NOT the same in the store. I wanted the matcha functional beverage...thdoes not have the same ingredients as in the store. The workers had no idea how to make my drink. Came here around 1 PM on a Saturday and the customer service was terrible. The employee wearing all black acknowledged me and said, "We'll be right with you," but then continued doing dishes and other tasks while I stood there waiting. After waiting so long, I finally started placing my order online myself. That's when she finally asked if I wanted to order. I told her I was just trying to make sure my online order went through or whether I needed to order directly with her. Instead of helping me, she said, "Let me help the next person in line." Are you kidding me? I had already been standing there waiting. I was visibly annoyed and even rolled my eyes when she said this, so there was no question that I was frustrated with how long I had already been waiting. To make matters worse, the same employee was the one who eventually handed me my drink. Not once did she say, "Sorry about the wait," apologize for the inconvenience, or acknowledge what had happened. I sincerely hope the employee wearing all black was not the manager, because if she was, this experience explains a lot about how this location is being run. Customers should not be left waiting while other tasks are prioritized and then receive zero acknowledgment or apology afterward. Extremely poor customer service. Apparently I was waiting a little bit longer than expected - unbeknownst to me as I distracted myself with TikTok and didn't even realize it - but as they called my name and handed me my banana Nutella açaí bowl, the sweet girl at the counter decided to give me an extra one for my "long wait". How long was I waiting? Admittedly, I'm not a patient person, but the environment was clean and pleasant, employees smiling - I didn't mind. So two for the price of one! I didn't expect it at all, but throughly pleased - and not entirely the reason of my glowing review, as Movita has never disappointed me, it's just time to finally give these thoughtful employees the review due. I was very disappointed that the staff didn't realize their printer wasn't working properly and not generating the orders being placed at their counter. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for one drink. I had to complain about the wait time for them to check their printer. I ordered a Mr. Original with an energy add on, it did taste good but as being my first time trying this place out I was not impressed with the lack of organization and unorganized coordination. Told the dude "I want NO coconut" and after once he proceeded to add it on his till, again I told him "I DONT want coconut". Once I get my order, man hands me my bowl with coconut flakes on there, and I told him bro I literally said no coconut and said "you said add coconut" like bro why would I mention something that shows that's included in the bowl, I'm obviously telling you NO COCONUT for a reason. Lovely little juice bar located in a newly remodeled shopping center. I know Movita is a chain but it feels like a small mom & pop shop to me. I was dealing with a 3 day migraine after traveling so I knew I needed some nutrients to rejuvenate. I opted for the trio shots (ginger and turmeric) that come with a piece of pineapple to help it go down smooth! I also tried the greenex and the detox juices. All the juices and shots were fresh and tasty. The employee at the register was very friendly and gave us a few recommendations as well. And after a few hours, my migraine did subside so I recommend trying a shot of turmeric the next time you're in pain! read more

I went in to get my usual drink, a MR Coffee with almond butter, extra cinnamon and made thick. I don't usually go to this location but I did this time. I get my drink and it's watery and tastes disgusting. I go back in and ask if they put almond butter and the girl who made it said yes. They didn't offer to remake it so I just left. As I'm driving I realize I'm not going to drink this nasty smoothie so I call and ask to get a remake later. I go back a few hours later and someone else is remaking my drink the correct way and I overhear the girl who made my drink the first time say that I ordered it completely different and I was trying to get a free drink. I re-ordered it the exact way that I mobile ordered it so maybe she just doesn't care to read customizations. I even added the picture of my full drink ordered the same way before I threw it in the trash. I did catch her name but I won't put it here but a lot of the people in there seemed to have attitudes, including the manager if that is who I actually talked to on the phone.
