Caribel is the younger girl who is fast, efficient and knows how to make a bomb smoothie has been there 4+ years!!! Tata is the hands on owner who makes everything from scratch and hustles making drinks!!! We eventually just left. As we were walking out, one of the employees asked why we were leaving, and we explained that we'd been standing there waiting without any acknowledgment. The whole interaction felt really odd and unnecessary. Why not just say "hi, we'll be with you in just a moment" if both of them were busy doing something else. There were NO other customers in the store, however, so acknowledging us should have been pretty easy. It's disappointing, because first impressions matter. Based on this experience, the service at this location definitely needs improvement and there are so many great juice / smoothie places in LA that I won't make it a priority to come back to this one.
