Atmosphere: Bergen Bar & Grill is a smaller restaurant that's first come first serve -- no reservations. You put your name and phone number on a notebook and they call you when your table is ready. Depending on the time you arrive, it can be a longer wait. However, they have a lovely patio where you can wait for your table OR you can hang out in your car.
