You can ship UPS, USPS, and FedEx all in one place, plus they handle Amazon returns and offer mailboxes. I would avoid this store at all costs…read more I dropped off a very important package around 4pm on a Monday, well in advance of the scheduled 5pm truck departure. They scanned my box in, I thought everything was good... it wasn't. My box for some reason wasn't put on the truck that day, instead was moved to a back office area, conveniently out of the view of all cameras, box sat in the room without cameras for 24 hours, before emerging on Tuesday... box then vanishes, gets stolen, you pick the term you deem appropriate. Box left the back door with not the normal truck driver that I have seen countless times, but a different driver, along with another driver I have never seen before. The box had RFID tags, so as soon as it arrives at the next facility, it would automatically scan and update, it didn't. The box never made another scan after leaving the back door... You can use deductive reasoning to realize the box disappeared as soon as it left the back door This package was extremely valuable to me and the person I was shipping the box to, so how did they know to target that box? Then I remember how it was conveniently not put on the truck when it was supposed to, and was left in a back room for 24 hours with no cameras... makes a lot more sense now Watching the tracking for days, I started to realize something was wrong, I go to the store about 10 days later and Im basically told Im out of luck and to kick rocks, they can't help me. Not a "let us investigate with that driver" "let us do our own digging" just, hey, sorry, can't help you... Claim opened with UPS which they took 3weeks and deemed they lost the package, it's their fault, but only want to give me $100 of the $2200 value of the box. Absolutely wild, if You're looking to have your package stolen, searched through, this is the perfect store for you This store still has one of the truck drivers working, I would have loved for the store to take accountability and ask real questions to everyone involved, but they chose not to. I understand that due to low staffing, one cannot pack the items immediately, that's fine, but I cannot reasonably be expected to leave 30K worth of equipment to a complete stranger WITH NO RECOURSE OR PROOF beyond "Take a photo" or "Take my card" which gives me no proof of what was provided to FedEx. If you cannot pack the items immediately , and cannot accept the items without packing them immediately, fine, then WARN CUSTOMERS before making them lug everything in and fill out all the paperwork. Additionally, I went to the Flamingo Rd location as suggested by Toya and they were able to provide me a receipt WITHOUT PACKAGING IT FIRST. Which means that the whole time Toya was just lying because , assumably, she did not want to do her job. Horrible Experience. Horrible location. She told me cheese crackers are questionable. I told her they are absolutely allowed and I've been sending them for years. She immediately got an attitude and told me she would send them but it would be my problem if customs removed them. I told her that's fine, I will take responsibility if customs rejects the crackers. She then decided she was definitely not going to send the crackers to make sure I didn't get my way. She claims she checked with another manager and they decided they weren't going to let me send the crackers. I later went to the Lake Mead office and shipped the crackers without issues and dealt with the nicest most helpful people. FYI heres's what the customs in Sweden say about cheese crackers. "While the European Union (EU) has incredibly strict rules regarding the import of dairy and animal products from non-EU countries (meaning you cannot mail actual blocks of cheese or fresh dairy), processed, shelf-stable bakery products that happen to contain dairy as an ingredient--such as Cheez-Its or Goldfish--are generally classified as composite food products and are allowed for personal use" This is review is for the managers at this location.
