Worse customer service and rude. I have been using this location for the past year to send care packages to my daughter . Never a problem. Two weeks ago, the package was returned undelivered. I went back and the clerk found out the building number on the address wasn't right. Again, I've shipped numerous packages before with no issues. He resends the package and again come back undelivered. Now he wants to recharge me to send the package a third time ! After I said no they would not refund me. Miracle made my mind up that I would never spend another penny in this establishment. She didn't do her job she made mistakes and blamed her mistakes on my 80 year old mother. I wanted a package shipped to my mother's home in California from my home in Las Vegas. She charged my mother over $12 to have the package send less than a mile back to my home. Aside from being profoundly condescending and arrogantly rude, this "employee" yelled at me on the phone about packages that I had dropped off @ their facilities but they had forgotten to ship out. Store closes at 6pm? Apparently not last night. Got there at 5:52 and the doors were locked. Waited for a few minutes and the worker that came to the door at 5:56 told me she couldn't help me with my business as she had to close early and had too much to do. So I hustled my 2 year old and myself to get to this store prior to closing and I was too much of an inconvenience to be helped before actual closing time because the worker couldn't do her job. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife visited this same store about an hour before me to also do some Amazon returns and the same worker gave her a hard time and bad attitude when asked easy and simple questions. Contact customer service - UPS: applied third party search technology to locate UPS customer support phone number, navigated VRU questionnaire by repeating the word "operator", waited on hold for 20 minutes, was asked to repeat the unbroken string of sixteen numbers and capital letters, then told the package cannot be rerouted - USPS: umm, cursed at myself 4. Recover package - UPS: called strip mall location for updates once ups.com stopped reporting anything meaningful, was eventually directed to a warehouse (in a warehouse district), drove past loads of big UPS trucks, parked my car in a dimly lit lot, stood in line, was asked to repeat the unbroken string of sixteen numbers and capital letters, then showed my ID and received my unsent package - USPS: found the letter marked "return to sender" in the mailbox at the edge of my garden a few days later Conclusion: UPS relies on sophisticated technology and tracking, and yet fails to achieve the same kind of blissful non-service that you can expect from USPS, which still relies on little red flags. read more

I work from home and use this location regularly to ship things. Whether busy or not so busy (they never seem slow) I've always been greeted quickly and received efficient, friendly service. This get's them 4 stars. The 5th star is because of Claudia! She wait's on me about 50% of the time. She's always friendly, engaging, all about taking care of what needs to be done and doing it right. I ship the same boxes over and over and they get worn and layered with tape after awhile. I needed a new one and rather than just use a standard box and stuff it with bubble wrap (acceptable, standard service) she took it upon herself to custom cut it to fit just right. It worked so well I had her make me several more on my next visit. It's always refreshing to see her 'gonna smile, do it right, and have fun' attitude while receiving exceptional, vs. expected, service. read more

This UPS store is a most welcome addition to the area. The store is brand new, very clean, and the personnel are super friendly and helpful. I drop off work related packages all the time. They set me up with an account so I can just drop and go and they will process and charge later so I don't need to wait. Very cool. Today I went in and asked if there is a way to keep the tracking numbers for my packages. The woman helping me indicated that she was already keeping them for me. She opened a drawer of neatly organized files -- flipped right to mine and showed me the tracking sheets. That was impressive. Look no further -- this is an amazing UPS store. read more

I don't like to complain but after my last two occasions on dealing with the owner's son, I am. I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt of just having a bad day but he is just rude. Six months ago I went in there to return something to Amazon. Since they are listed on Amazon as a return site and they are close to my home, I went there. When I walked in I was waiting behind another woman. I heard him being condescending and rude towards her as she was trying to return an Amazon package as well. I didn't hear exactly what was going on but enough as she stormed out. When I got to him, he tells me to bring up the QR code on Amazon for the return. I tried to via my app and emails but I had no service in there. I let him know and he giggled and told me yeah he knows and to walk outside to see if I can get service. I asked if they had WiFi I could connect to, and it would pop up quickly. He said not for you. It was 115' out and I didn't feel like standing in the parking lot trying to catch service, so I left and went to another store. Today, I went back in to return another thing to Amazon. I was greeted by a very upbeat young lady. She was more than happy to help and when I tried to again pull up the QR code for the return, I had almost no service. At this point, the owner's son, a young Indian man, walked over and looked at me and snarked when he heard me say I had no service. I, now remembered the incident from the last time. I said can I ask you why don't you have WiFi here if you are an Amazon return place? He said because we have it for what we need, not you. I said well you think you would, you know customers can't get service in here and they have to pull up QR codes to be scanned for returns. Again, he just made a snarky noise and rolled his eyes. I said, can I speak with a manager or someone in charge? The girl with the septum piercing just stared at him. They walked off and the sweet girl continued to finish helping me with my return. Septum piecing girl and he whispered to one another and she just came back and handed me an 800 number to file a complaint. I will be filing a complaint with Amazon as well. A couple weeks later I saw the charge of equipment wasn't credited back yet and they were giving me the run around about needing the tracking number. I most have shipped out close to 50 items here in 3 weeks, one time I came in and the label I printed out was a little messed up, I asked them to reprint the ups label based on the tracking number, I know Fedex can do this so not sure why ups can't, but they refused, they then offered to have me email it to them, but they charge $1 to receive an email, that's insane. Came in to return items to amazon . One very nice lady was working there (maybe Hawaiian or Filipina ,Spanish ) so nice and welcoming . I was helped by another girl (white younger girl ) who doesn't seem to like customers asking her for help . She was even trying to charge me for a box for my return when I had the box it came in . I just felt the whole time she was annoyed by my transaction if it wasn't for the other lady who was more understanding and even had to help the other girl I would've walked out upset . I understand maybe to her (the not so helpful one ) it's a return nothing to do with you guys but I do go here for my other packaging needs there is usually a man there . If he's the manager I hope he talks to the girl that was there about being more welcoming and not annoyed at a pregnant woman who needed her help . I didn't have all my return slips on me so I had to go online and her sighing and looking annoyed at me really bugged me . Special thanks to the other woman I was there today at 12ish so I'm not hard to find on video so you can see for yourself . Everybody in this store was extremely friendly. The lady that help me though, she definitely went above and beyond making sure all my needs were met in a timely matter while helping two other people. The company required I return the items back in separate boxes and again and she made sure she help me as much as she could and keeping the cost very very low. Wow, Thank you, especially during the holiday season! Not only that, but I was very hungry and they told me to try pizza place just a few doors down and that was also amazing.
