Tayler has been my stylist for nearly 10 years and I love the compliments I get! Tayler is reliable, prompt, accommodating and accomplished. The high quality of color and cut is always consistent ~ and she's efficient and respectful of my time. I've seen her navigate a challenging client. I happened to be there a few weeks ago when a client who had not been seen for months arrived. The client was demanding and expected free services. Tayler treated her fairly, professionally and courteously. She gave the client extensive services at a fraction of what the cost should have been. I thought I was witnessing a public service event for someone who was perhaps in need. Imagine my surprise when I saw a negative review posted by the very same person who received so much more than her money paid for! BEWARE OF TAYLOR!!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR-- GO ELSEWHERE!!! Not only is Taylor a terrible hair dresser, but she also lacks the basic communication skills that are necessary for a business person. I did not get anything close to what I asked and paid for, and she destroyed my hair. It will need to grow out for months before I have enough length to let someone else try to fix it. read more

I took my granddaughter there and she had a good experience with the women there but when she came home she was disappointed. She asked for a little bit of layers and face framing but that is not what she received. While cutting her hair, Taylor was standing and my granddaughter was sitting. She cut her hair very fast and just had my granddaughter stand up without showing her the cut. We then paid and left. She did not notice that it was poorly cut until we got home and looked in the mirror. Her hair was completely slanted and the right side was atleast 1.5 inches longer than the other. Since '99 the I've met only about 3 hairstylists that I would let cut my hair more than once. Our relationship usually ends because they end up moving or I end up moving. So for the last 8 years I've hopped from different stylists in the same salons until I find one that does a great job on my hair. I went from the high end shops to the low end shops but never found a haircut I was totally in love with. I'm so thankful to finally say that my search is over now that I've met Daniela. I told her I wanted something easy to style since there will be days I won't have more than 10 minutes to style it especially with a toddler running around me. My hair went from stick straight waist length to layers just below the shoulders and full of bounce. Even before she was done I could already tell I was going to like my haircut. When my husband saw it he shouted a big "WOW you look so different! It looks so nice." Hmmmm not sure if that was a compliment or not. LOL. Now that I've figured out how to style it myself, I love my haircut even more.
