Most of the work outs can be done anywhere, without other equipment. I think the work outs provide maximum results combining strength training and cardio. Where do I find a legit personal trainer that could not only ensure I get good workouts, had a compatible personality but would also give me some diet advice too? (It sure wasn't at 24 hr Fitness - how can you call yourself a personal trainer when you have a beer gut? But I digress...) I found Bill on yelp (thanks yelp!) and I've been training with him now for 6 months! I like that we work out outside with very basic equipment - so I know the vast majority of what we do I can do myself at home. He provides suggestions on what I can be working on the rest of the week. I've been very impressed how he always has creative and well-grounded exercises to challenge me with (I swear I think we are up to 50 different exercises on the suspension training ropes he uses!). Through him I found personatrainerfood.com which has been really helpful for me to improve my diet (my challenge was I often didn't have time to prepare healthy food). He's flexible to my schedule and responsive on texts. I appreciate (as others have said) that he's super knowledgable about the physiology behind the exercise but doesn't lecture or judge. I would highly recommend Bill!

The owner and trainer, Shanae, takes the health and safety of her clients personally. She is quick to offer modifications, corrections, and encouragement in a way that makes you feel empowered. She truly cares about everyone who steps through the doors of her business, whether it's your first time or your 1200th time. There are often monthly challenges to push us outside of our comfort zones and incorporate a healthy lifestyle beyond the gym.
