I bought some scented items for my apartment to make it more cozy. I'll be shopping online, but I'm happy the staff is so cool and their one of a kind items are still available! Almost a quarter of them have spurrs on them left over from cutting, and most of them are closer to 8mm long than they are to 10, with less than half being over 9mm long. The AAA Rare Natural Black Labradorite are actually just regular grey labradorite, so this is quite disappointing. On a positive note the strand is 16in long, so there's some bonus beads on there. I put it on a dark grey background like the listing photo to see if that would account for the color difference, and it definitely doesn't. The Natural Madagascar Mauve Pink Rose Quartz Teardrop Pendant is not as advertised, it is just a slightly grey rose quartz. I understand that lighting can change how things look, but this is more than that. I brought this up in an email the same day I received them, but was not able to return them within 14 days, so according to "policy" I'm SOL. Not happy with my order experience.

Wish I had more babies to buy for! They also have a cafeteria that looked to be serving mostly tacos but I didn't partake. Parking and driving in the area can be a bear as it is insanely packed. It's so worth it though! I vowed I would try to buy all locally made gifts for everyone this year and I did. They may not be an XBOX 360, but they are unique and bought with every person's personality in mind. It was a small lid like a stopper but I thought it was a solid piece. I was so embarassed and ashamed and I asked what she wanted me to do. She told me I had to pay for the piece. I understood and said yes.. I am upset because the shop keeper treated me as if I was a 5 yr old; was not sympathetic or understanding in anyway and did not offer any kind of discount (which should be a cost of doing business) I was paying full price for a broken piece of pottery and the other visitors were nicer to me than the staff. When we walked in we were asked if we needed help with anything, to which we said we were browsing. We were left alone the rest of the time there as we perused through the store and smelling the different scents that had available. When we went, they had a 50% off sale on large jar candles. Their candles are indeed overpriced at MSRP, but the sale they had was tempting. We ended up finding 4 different candle scents that we enjoyed and pulled the trigger. We paid about $73 for 4 candles. We also had a coupon that came in the mail that offered a free small candle if we signed up for their email newsletter, which I redeemed. I was given a brief overview of their rewards program, including a free candle I'll receive on my birthday! All in all, a friendly experience. If we ever need more candles in the future, we'll be on the lookout for their occasional sales for their $17 signature jars!
