    Great experience at the Spectrum store on Saratoga! Store…read moreSpecialist Frank Lopez and Assistant Store Manager Monica Musella-Robledo are fantastic to work with. We recently moved to Corpus Christi from N/W Indiana & my wife & I decided to switch our cell phone service to Spectrum. Our previous carrier was Comcast Xfinity, and they were a complete nightmare to deal with. I spent 3 1/2 hrs on the phone with Comcast the day before simply trying to unlock our phones, and was given a unlock code. After arriving at the Spectrum store, it turns out the phones were not unlocked & the codes didn't work. Frank Lopez and Monica Musella-Robledo worked with us for well over an hour, most of the time on hold with Comcast, and were finally able to get the job done. I really appreciate the patience of both of them. I strongly recommend anyone needing Cable/internet and cell phone service give Spectrum a try.

Overly reliant on "AI", they are hyper-compartmentalized: one department has no idea what the other is doing - the scripted "solutions" are misleading & if not downright contradictory. Their rates are jacked, their hold times long, the "hold music" is maddeningly redundant; their in-person "brick & mortar" is ill equipped to cope with anything complex ; the 'in person' crew defers the customer back through phoning the company's myriad (833) (855) (800)#'s that all lead to the same, rote, automated prompt designed strictly for bill payment. Spectrum / Charter gives no care for resolution - rather - they are structured for LITIGIOUS evasion and will do everything to keep a person indentured to fines & fees. *** And *** Their actual service konks out chronically. - NO CARE FOR RESOLUTION - THIS CORPORATION IS A GREEDY, EXTORTIVE, GASLIGHTING, UNACCOUNTABLE BULLY - - PRAY YOU, AVOID THEM

    So I scheduled installation for direct tv. Get not just one confirmation call but three. No one…read moreever showed up. Try calling direct tv customer service and put on hold over an hour. Find out I was rescheduled for two days later. Ok. Can live with that. Tech shows up late (I had 8-12 appointment, he showed up closer to 2. Again no big deal. Heck what is i day and a half waiting they still get my money. So installer complains about having to rewire equipment then does a terrible job hooking up equipment. Had to redo some of it because he didn't wire through entertainment center. Cost another 45 min trying to get it right. That is not my complaint. What really upsets (pisses) me is the fact he replaced satellite dish on roof and left old one tucked away on side yard so it took me a day to find it. Called customer service and was told I was not required to turn that equipment in. REALLY! They will be a charge me for any working equipment but leave me their trash and act like it is a favor that I am not required to return it. Can't get then to pick up their trash. We just bought house so that was never our satellite to begin with. So what do I do. They know I'm locked in contract so I have to stay. Can't afford not to. But the way their customer service and lack of care is, once my contract is up I'm gonna just do what younger generation does. Fire stick, Netflix or whatever the new thing is. I hope AT&T/ Direct Tv will feel it in their pocket books when customers get tired of their crap. Just ask the NFL
