You can order ahead on the app so you don't have to wait. You can also sign up for their loyalty program to earn points to redeem for food. The employees are friendly. As of now they have 3 types of lobster rolls: Maine, Connecticut, and Garlic Butter. So far my favorite is the garlic butter. The lobster tots are great too - filling, had more lobster than I expected, and the pico de gallo balances the tots well. The bisque is creamy.

The food is delicious! I recommend the pulled pork BBQ with the vinegar based sauce. It has a little kick to it. I do not recommend getting the 75 cent coleslaw to spread on your sandwich. It is ridiculously small. About a teaspoon of slaw that only covers about 1/3 of your sandwich. It tasted great though. I will definitely be back for Big Red's delicious food!
