They came with only one piece of glass and no muttons. During installation that cracked and left a mess behind. Came back weeks later to install another piece of glass with a complete mess of overgrazing that we had to work on for an hour to clean up and finger prints. Very unprofessional job for supposedly being in business for 30 years, They rewrite your estimate after they complete their disaster of installation and try to add an extra $550 in labor but they broke the first piece of glass. They then threaten to put a lien on your house if you don't pay it. Stay far away from this company! The worst!!!

They eventually fixed the locking issue but the gap has been a nightmare to deal with. Ignored emails & phone calls & then finally a service call. They suggested a drinking straw inside the weatherstripping to solve the problem. More emails & calls & eventually another service call to install heavier weatherstripping. They did not use a heavier product, but simply installed the same weatherstripping moving outwards slightly, leaving a bigger gap & more light shining thru. Poor installation, ignored emails, ineffective service visits & still no resolution. If Greyhawk resolves this issue properly I will be happy to update this review.

This past Friday I met the guys from "New South Window Solutions of Sarasota" Brett the "Corporate Trainer" was training this "African" guy. Yes, I thought "Aussie", he corrected me. So, this it how it started: The old bait and switch! On Friday this guy's boss (Brett Ray, the corporate trainer) wrote a contract for 13K for the patio door replacement. They made a mistake on the contract, they forgot to include the discounts (the discounts weren't applied, yet the contract showed the total being $13421.00 for 6/8 French doors, hurricane rated.) On Monday the trainee returned. To make a long story short he raised the price up 10K to a total of 23K. The sales guys said it was because the opening was 96X72, so therefore would cost more. The original contracted clearly stated 6/8 which is, let's do the math: 6X12=72 8X12=96. Nothing changed except them raising their price. I never want…read morewhat happened to us to ever happen to anyone ever again We understand that accidents can happen during any home improvement project -- but what we experienced with Mister Window goes far beyond simple mistakes. This entire process, which started in May and is still unresolved in October, has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of our windows didn't even fit properly, and the sliders had to be replaced twice due to repeated measurement errors. The stucco on our walls was ruined, and the excessive, sloppy use of caulk made the finished work look completely unprofessional. The craftsmanship was absolutely terrible -- uneven, careless, and not at all what you'd expect from a company that calls itself experienced. There were numerous instances where workers showed up but were unable to do the work they were scheduled to complete, leading to wasted time and even more delays. Add to that the inconsistent communication and complete lack of professionalism, and you have a truly frustrating experience. We were told multiple times that things would be corrected, but most of those promises never turned into action. At this point, it feels like we've literally thrown $35,000 out the window. If you value good work ethic, clear communication, and timely installation, I strongly recommend avoiding Mister Window. I decided to contract with Advance Home based on the way they treated me with professionalism and honesty. This is an outstanding company for workmen ship. Their team without doubt takes pride in their work and wanting to make sure the job is done correctly and most of all, clean the area as they move along. From the removal of my windows to the installation of PGT windows, top quality teamwork. I would and will highly recommend this company hands down.
