We arrived at opening and the buffet was open and full. It is a very small buffet. Everything on it was either dry, like it had been sitting for HOURSSS or cold. Instead of fresh and hot. I don't understand it. No green onions for soup. Taste and flavors to everything I tried wasn't good. Sadly, it was barely edible. Ambiance.... It was a Friday and it was dead!! One table came in when we were leaving. Although I brought my 16 month baby granddaughter and her food, I did try to give her some bites off of my plate, that she didn't want. The "system" in place is archaic - just orders scribbled on random scribbled pieces of paper which I'm sure leads to missing items if you aren't diligent about specifying what you are there to pick up and what is in your order. Most recent visit I was told it'd be 40-45 minutes. Turned out to be more like 80 minutes, 40 of which were spent sitting in one of the aforementioned chairs at one of the aforementioned tables with a bunch of other people waiting for their orders.
