First, let me state that I don't tend to leave one star reviews. Based on their price and the guy that came out to our house to do the work, it was a five-star experience. However, based on the job that was done and the aftermath, it's zero stars. We adopted two puppies in January. By May they were totally potty trained so we thought it was a good idea to "get the smell" out of the carpet. Mr Clean had the best price and really good reviews. The smell was gone! So great, right? Within weeks of getting the carpets cleaned spots that had never been there before started showing up. In less than 3 mos our carpets looked HORRIBLE! When I hired the next guy in August, he was floored the spots were less than 3 mis old. He affirmed what I already thought. Mr Clean left chemicals on the carpet. It was sticky. They did the impossible... for the life of me I could not get these difficult pet stains out of my carpet.
