Two weeks ago, I woke up on a Saturday morning to a scratching sound coming from inside my bedroom wall. I called every single animal removal company I could find, and All Animal was the only company that answered the phone. Surprisingly, they were also able to get out to my house that same day! All Animal was fantastic. A family of possums moved in to my home between the basement ceiling and main floor. Robert was the technician who came out. He was very thorough and detailed. He removed drywall to locate the nest area, sealed the entry, removed animal dropping, sanitized and repaired the ceiling. He had to replace drywall. Good price for the amount of work involved. Also, he covered everything so there was absolutely zero mess or debris. Robert was A+++. He explained everything, took pictures and stayed in constant communication. read more

All Animal Removal and Restoration advertises that they provide 24 hour service. Called mid afternoon and their answering service said I should expect a call back. After two hours I called again. The operator thought that they never received the message. At this time, 5:00, I told the operator I would like them to come out that day. She said she would mark the message as urgent. Never received a call back. Very unreliable. If a company can't provide good customer service before they get your business I doubt if it will get any better. read more

I had possum litter behind the washing machine on the balcony. I went to Home Advisor and found this amazing company. Nicholas, the owner came out on a Sunday and took them away! I had my friend call a few company's to get a quotes and out of the 4 other companys that called back which lived within a 5 mile radius were charging me double the price.. All Animal came out as scheduled to install an excluder door along the line of my roof. Because of the height of my home I could not tell if they really installed anything or not. However, I trusted them...until they never came back to remove it. I have called numerous times on a couple of phone numbers. I was told they would be back to complete the job...no one showed up. Now I'm going to call someone to go on the roof to fix the opening and I hope the excluder door is found. If not I'm going to pursue further action for fraud. After spending many thousands of dollars on new landscaping, I discovered that a family of raccoons loved my new yard as much as me. They were tearing my plants apart every night looking for food. I would replant, and they would re-dig. Nothing worked, not repellant, pepper or even hot sauce. I found All Animal Removal one morning, and Nick, the technician showed up with multiple traps that afternoon. The following morning he removed three raccoons. We were having a skunk problem in our yard and DuPage county doesn't do animal trapping so it was time to call a professional. All Animal Removal was just that, professional. Nick came out, listened to what the issue was, evaluated the area and set traps where we needed them. We managed to catch only possums, but we haven't had any skunk spraying in the area since. I liked that I could text him when a trap was triggered and he came out right away to remove the catch. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again. read more

I would not recommend All Animal Removal & Control to anyone. In June I had them come out because I had squirrels in my attic. A trap was set by my attic fan because it was determined that was where they were getting in. The person who came out said he would give me an estimate on a new attic fan and would check the trap occasionally to see if a squirrel was caught. I never heard back from anyone. I never got an estimate for a new fan and no one ever came to check the traps. I paid $280 for a trap to be placed on my roof. I sent several emails through their website with no response. I finally received a call from someone weeks later and they left a message. I called All Animal Removal back and left my name and number and was told I would get a call back in 24 hours and I'm still waiting. That was over a month ago. Horrible service and lack of communication. I didn't get any service for the money I paid. read more

AARC is awesome and highly recommended. They are honest and very helpful/hardworking. Returned calls right away and luckily for us, they came out the next day but they are definitely busy since they do such a great job and offer the best prices in the area. Robert was thorough and spent a lot of time inspecting the roof to make sure raccoons or possums couldn't get into the attic and explained what the noise was that we were hearing. Finding out that some people lack more compassion than others in this field but, it is a hit or miss at this place. I am in this career field and I feel if you can't help someone as far as an animal is concerned you should definitely point them in the right direction. I am beyond disappointed with this company! We had a very strong skunk smell in our house. I found this company and decided to give them a call since they were local. Technician came out at night, set the trap up, didn't secure it and told us it will work for sure. We tried to get a hold of them after almost 3 days, called and left multiple messages, nothing. The next day when we finally did, Nick told me that I was crazy and why did I go with them in the first place. They sure cashed my check right away. They charged me $260, which double of what other companies charge. Please stay away from these people as they only want your money!!! I have been contacted all Animal Removal & Control since early Dec of 2018. They came to my house 3 times to put the trap. The money was charged the first time when they came. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company that I reached out to for service. There is some sort of family of animals in my attic and I contacted them very early one morning to get them out. They told me they would be here in 2 days and I made arrangements to go into work late so that I could accommodate their schedule. They never, ever, showed up. That evening a woman from their company called to say that the technician had been hurt and that someone would come to my house the next morning. Again, no show. I called and spoke with the young woman who assured me that someone would come that evening between 6-7pm. No show. I called again, and this time the woman told me that she was calling the technician right then to tell me what time they would definitely be at my house. No show. No call back. We looked up several companies All Animal Removal was close to our area, And on website had BBB symbol attached ( which when I looked on BBB for them , while I'm sitting here for 2 hrs waiting I couldn't find it ) along with 5 star symbol rating . Not sure who is giving these ratings. Called said they would be out between 2-4. Showed up at 5:20 was dark not sure how much he could see with his tiny flashlight. The ladder was to short said he would be back the next day at 9:00 am. Showed up around 11:10 am. The critter ran through the family room and kitchen trapped it in a small room that thank goodness had doors and thank goodness I locked our dog upstairs. He did catch and remove critter . Then left to get cap for chimney?????? He was here yesterday on the roof ,we talked about the cap . I'll let you know how this ends waiting 2 hrs for him to return with chimney cap !?!?!?! I would not recommend these young men. They make promises and don't keep them. Initially, everything was going as planned until I had a second and even third problem with squirrels in my attic because of a promise they made to fix a broken screen, which they did not stay true to their promise. Therefore, it resulted in me hiring another companyl costing me twice the fee to hire a new company to get another squirrel out of my attic. Yes, starting all over! Mind you, this was the 3rd squirrel in my attic because of this broken screen. Nick was not pleasant in handling my situation and told me squirrels are going to get in if they want too.. As if it was okay to withdrawal from the original promise. At the 3rd squirrel I asked his partner, Luke, to come and set up a trap in my attic to get this 3rd squirrel. He agreed to come on a Sunday morning between 9-10, didn't hear from him by 1:30pm, so I called. He stated he was with family and was busy, that he'd come at 3:00. So much for being available 24/7 as their ad states. By 3:30, no Luke. Called, now he had truck problems and couldn't come until 5pm. By 6pm he's now texting me telling me its worse then he thought and won't be able to make it. I waited all day to get a brush off from him. How rude. I told him that he didn't need a truck to just come to set up a trap and to use his car. He told me he had no other car. I asked to talk with Nick, but Luke said Nick was out of town until Monday night. Looks like they both avoided me. Monday I texted him and asked if he was coming, he never responded. If they had enough intelligents to fix the screen as originally promised, the squirrels wouldn't got in and I wouldn't be writing this review. Don't hire them, they are both young and don't know how to handle customers issues as they should. It might cost you a lot more money then you want to spend. And, my story tells you they are not reliable, but go ahead- take a risk at your cost if you dare! I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

All Animal seemed like a great company at the very beginning. I was able to make arrangements for them to come and get rid of squirrels in my home very easily and quickly. They said they would be here between 9am-11am and they did not text me until 10:54am to tell me they were about 30 minutes away. They didn't make it here until past 12pm. They left a trap in my house, which was not successful after two weeks. I scheduled another visit from them for 10am. at 11:25am, after not hearing anything from them, I texted to see if they were on their way at which they told me they would not be able to come in until 1:30pm. I scheduled for 11am the next day and again they were late AGAIN. After they finally arrived and picked up they animal, they assured me they would be available if I I hear any others in my home. Unfortunately, I did hear another squirrel. I texted them on a Sunday and did not hear anything from them until Tuesday. This is by far, the most unprofessional service I have encountered. I understand if business is busy, but communication with clientele is KEY. Hopefully YELP doesn't push my review to the end. People need to know how unprofessional this company is. I was really hoping to give 5 stars but there were too many empty promises and frustrations. Everyone was nice but 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for them to finish the job I paid them to do. I called about a skunk under my stoop on 5/12 and I was told I would be charged the $150 service charge plus an extra $500 to remove the dead skunk. They had to to break up one section of concrete to be able to remove it because of where it was. After they removed the skunk they charged me another fee of $60 to dispose of the skunk even though the original quote of $650 including service charge was to remove it. It took them 3 tries to pour new concrete and 3 broken slabs in the process in a month before finally having to hire an outside contractor to finish the job. It took till June 8 before finally getting my sidewalk done. I was without a sidewalk for a month and had been blown off at least 3 times on days I took off to be there, including Memorial Day. They never showed up at the times promised and would be there 5 hours after saying they were on their way. After the new sidewalk was poured I spoke to Nick and he promised to send his lead guy out on 6/12 to finish the job of securing the stoop so no more animals will get in. Well they still haven't showed up to finish the work and now nick won't even respond to my messages inquiring about it. I've been very patient through this whole process but I'm at wits end dealing with it. I at least give him credit for at least getting my sidewalk taken care of after learning of the issue, but now I just want to get this wrapped up and might have to hire another company to finish it. I agree that the professionalism is lacking. They do not show up when scheduled and do not explain fully what their plan is. My biggest problem is they wore muddy shoes on my new carpet and left the "bait" food just strewn about on the floor when they removed the trap. Nick was very efficient. He came out to help me with a raccoon in my attic. It was Thanksgiving week and I had to get this raccoon out of my house. I called him in the morning, and he was there with a trap that same afternoon. We caught the raccoon within 7 hours with his special bait he uses. Unbelievable! Highly recommended!
