I cannot say how incredible this business is. Within 24 hours our EQS was free of the dent that occurred. I was worried that it could not be repaired or there would be signs of the repair. I sent Mr Dent a text for a quote to repair a door ding on the rear quarter panel of my Ford Focus. He replied quickly and I made an appointment via text. So happy with their work. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and I was late to my appointment unfortunately. They didn't make me feel bad about it. 5++ Amazing! Manny answered his phone, had me send photos to him to look over, and sent me an estimate within 30 minutes! (I called two other shops who either didn't answer or didn't call me back.) He was finishing up with a car in the shop and said he'd be done in 15 minutes if I wanted to drive my car down to the shop. I did so, and he started work immediately! While he was working on my car, I sat with the ladies in the shop, Katheryn and Evelyn. They were lovely and very helpful.
