They told me they can send someone out for an assessment the same afternoon. The assessment will be free of charge and even if I decide not to go ahead with their services, they will not charge me. Many companies will promise a free assessment but when you decide not to go ahead with the repair, they charge you a fee. That is why I always clarify that first. I got a call a few hours later that the technician has been called for an emergency repair and they can come the next morning. I didn't end up using their services because my husband was able to do the fix that evening. Lucky me! But I so appreciated their timeliness in communication, reliability and politeness. Recommend! Hope you don't need their services but if you do, you will be happy!

The staff was very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done, and all the paperwork was done digitally and clearly documented. It came out to $1.3k, which was honestly lower than what we expected given it was an urgent sewage repair. They also performed an extra sweep in the crawl space and found another small leak on a different pipe. They immediately scheduled another visit for a deeper inspection.
