Today, Eric came out to fix our water leaks.  He was polite, highly skilled, and answered all of our questions clearly. He patiently listened as we showed him the water leaks in the bathrooms, the utility sink in the garage, and the outside valve. Then he proposed options and solutions. Terrible experience and unprofessional treatment of new customers. I needed an estimate for a small project (less than 1 day of work). While they knew the nature of the project upfront and they had no availability for a month to do a quick site visit for an estimate, instead of saying so upfront that they can't do it, they asked me to share a lot of information that was not needed for this answer and wasted my time for several hours. Then they came back with a month out estimate to just visit the site to just provide an estimate for a job that takes less than a day to complete. Terrible. Unprofessional. BEWARE - If I could, I would give Caccia Plumbing a ZERO rating. In 2025, I needed a sewer lateral inspection and contacted Caccia and scheduled the inspection. The service tech arrived on time and performed the video inspection; charged me $561, and gave me an estimate of $26,000, however the video was corrupted and completely unusable. When I contacted Caccia to request a refund for the inspection, I was told no refund would be provided. I do not recommend using Caccia if you want to receive good and fair service, technicians who provide a usable video and a reputable company that provides even an ounce of good customer service to their longtime customers. The bathroom sink in my mom's old home was a mess--rust stains, old fixtures and pipes, corrosion, etc. but she never had it fixed--didn't think it could be helped. I convinced her to bring in Caccia again, after their electrician Hugo did such a wondrful job replacing a broken light and switch. Well, Eric the plumber did even more amazing work! The job turned out to be more difficult and involved because of the sink's age and condition of the fixtures and pipes. He kept us informed of his progress throughout the job, and how he was approaching it. All was replaced, looks and works great. Eric was optimistic, professional and friendly throughout. I have used Caccia Plumbing and Electrical 2 times. One to fix the outlet in my garden that was shooting sparks, and one to fix my bathroom sink. Both times they were accommodating and very helpful. Both were fixed the first time. I went with them the 1st time because they didn't charge just for the home visit. I had spoked to a few electricians that wanted $90 just to come out. I thought maybe the $ would apply to the service BUT IT DIDN'T!!! Caccia comes out, looks at what needs to be done, gives you an estimate with options and then does the work for that amount. The entire process with Caccia Home Services was highly efficient. My only minor complaint is having to navigate an AI screening system to reach a live person, which wasted a few minutes and felt unnecessary. Additionally, their pricing is on the higher side--roughly double that of Discount Plumbing--but I didn't mind paying a premium for quality workmanship. Their technicians are professional and skilled, and most importantly, they communicated clearly. This quality is often lacking these days in the service industry. Even their young apprentice, Eddie Lopez, did an excellent job installing my toilet. The water has stopped dripping, and he left my bathroom spotless, taking great care not to scratch my newly resurfaced hardwood floors and he even hauled away everything without us having to ask. Their team installed a long length of sewer lateral for me a few years ago, and were really quick today taking care of a toilet paper in the sewer issue. On Sunday, we heard a leaky 2nd floor toilet, including drops of water on the 1st floor ceiling underneath. On Monday morning, Caccia was at our house. Our technician, Christian, was very professional and explained everything along the way, from possible causes to how he was going to diagnose the problem. He was transparent about the pricing also. We had feared the worst - that a pipe had burst. He assuaged our fears and discovered that years of our kids flushing huge wads of toilet paper caused a massive block-up against decades of scaling in the pipes, and the back pressure caused this leak. (NOTE to parents: watch how much toilet paper your kids use!) The whole appointment was completed in a couple of hours. We'll need to fix the water damage to the 1st floor ceiling, and we'll be calling Caccia again to help with replacing the pipes with the heavy scaling. Thank you Caccia! read more

I tried to contact a few other plumbers before reaching out to Caccia, and had a much easier time scheduling with Caccia than any of the others. You can schedule an appointment yourself on their website, and dispatch will contact you over text to confirm a time window. This was very convenient and easy for me. I got a text about 15 minutes before arrival with a photo of my plumber and a little bit about him. Joseph came out on the initial call, along with another technician. Both were very helpful and polite, transparent about pricing, and showed me what they were doing so I knew it was right. When I asked what a part was for, they explained it easily without condescending. I found that refreshing. The job ended up being a bit more work than we all thought it would be, so they needed to cap it up for the night and resume later. Dispatch didn't have anything available the following day, but they got me scheduled first thing for the day after that. Once again, I got a text about 15 minutes before arrival with a photo and bio of my plumber. This time Jake arrived to finish the job. I asked him if they had let him know the plan, and he knew exactly what to do. In about 90 minutes, he was all wrapped up, and everything looks better than it was before the problem even started. Jake is very detail oriented; he did the caulking really neatly, so it is almost hidden. That kind of special attention isn't expected, but it is very much appreciated. I would use Caccia again. All three people I had at my home were polite, responsible, and clearly understood their craft. Booking was easy. They showed up when they said they would. The cost was a little pricy, but I think it's completely reasonable to pay a skilled worker that kind of money for their labor. You can save a little bit by paying with a check. read more
