Our washer decided to give up right before the weekend. Marianna responded as soon as they were open on Saturday and scheduled diagnostics for noon the same day. Sandro came right on time and did the diagnostics. He was very knowledgable and professional. After a couple of day's search, they told us that the manufacturer no longer make parts for this 16 year old model, subsequently they advised us a few options with sound pros and cons of each, very transparent, very professional. So eventually we decided to take their advice and purchase a new set. Yes they charged $45 for the diagnostics, but with the time and efforts they had put in to help us to get to the best solution proved this $45 very well spent. Plus, they would credit back to us should they actually performed the repair. read more

I had a dryer in need of fixing that I had broken for 2 months. I called a company that I found and unfortunately they sent a technician out who diagnosed it, charged me $300 and claimed to have ordered the part and assured me he would return in a few days. Sadly I realized I was scammed when that company kept making excuses as to what happen to the ordered part, saying it got delivered to the wrong address, than got lost in shipping during reorder and then that the part was out of stock. I never recieved a refund and was so upset. I gave another company a try, same thing. The handyman came out, diagnosed, had me order the part myself than came back over, watched a YouTube video on the part and then told me it wasn't the correct part. I was mortified and so upset. The money I was spending on handyman's to fix my dryer was equivalent to just buying a new dryer for $800 which also would have been a pain since I live in a two story, would need to still find a way to dump the old dryer, and would have to wait for delivery and installation of that to. I was tired of waiting especially with a dryer that I had not been able to use in 5 weeks! After almost giving up I turned to yelp. I stumbled across Mr E Does It All. After seeing the amazing reviews I reached out. It was the best thing I've ever done. Not only did they respond within minutes given how late it was, they scheduled me with a technician for the next morning! I was so relieved to get help that fast! When their technician got here he was on time and so polite. He informed me he would look at the dryer, and wouldn't install the part without my approval of coarse. Within 5 minutes he found out what was wrong. He called his boss and his boss told me the cost and told me that their technician could install it for me. I thought they meant they'd come back to do the job but nope they had the part on hand! I was so shocked and so happy that I would have my dryer fixed the same day! I immediately agreed and within a few minutes later the new part was installed and my dryer was also properly installed because I found out the other company did not properly hook my dryer up either! This company is so convenient, quick, efficient and professional! I recommend this to anyone needing a fix quickly by knowledgeable technicians! I can't thank them enough for how much of a headache (and money) they saved me on a dryer! I will be coming to them in the future for any future repairs on my appliances! Mr E and his assistant made quick work of removing and installing a ceiling fan, replaced new rollers on a sliding door, fixed outlets that had no power and repaired the front door handle.
