Had the pork chop sandwich and a fish sandwich and some chek root beer on a Saturday night for $10. Not bad at all.

My server suggested the Crawfish enchiladas! Boy, was he right! Those things were awesome!…read more Next I did have the bread pudding because...why not! It was very very good!! Service was amazing, Guy stopped to check in on me everyone few minutes. And the restaurant is very fun and inviting.

We had chicken and sausage gumbo, Pepper Jack boudin balls, bam bam gator bites and the blackened chicken pasta. The waiter this time was better than the waitress we had last time. He was very attentive and made sure we never had to ask for refills. The appetizers came out fairly normal time-wise I would say. The main portion took a little bit longer than what you're used to at a franchise restaurant but here that's perfectly fine as it's worth the couple extra minutes. The gumbo is perfect(I love when gumbo is not over complicated) I like to add a lil hot sauce to it and it's delicious... only thing is, while they already give generous portions... the cup and the bowl looked exactly the same except I think in the bowl they give you one extra scoop of rice... which would be just fine if it wasn't like $6 more. But still delicious nonetheless. The bam bam gator bites were really good and I highly recommend them. If you like bam bam shrimp you'll love these. The pepper jack boudin balls were good, nothing special but they were definitely worth the try. My co-worker had the blackened chicken pasta and when I asked him how it was he said "dude, it's really good!" lol. The building is pretty unique and they have some outside seating with a massive beautiful tree that over looks the restaurant and takes claim to some of the asphalt in the parking lot lol. But it's a great spot for birthdays, good lunch menu deals, casual date night or if you wanna blow some steam off, they have a little bar in the restaurant as well. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend. I'm from East Texas, so I'm no Cajun/Louisianan but they truly got some good grub here. I'll definitely be coming back several more times when I get the chances. I will warn you, I believe the food is freshly made so when it gets to the table, give it some time to cool off because it comes out HOT.

Was hoping for better we arrived about 45 minutes before they closed after lunch and they reopened…read morea few hours later for dinner. We got 3 hot dogs was only able to get chili on 1 because they ran out. But they use Nathan's wieners for the dogs looks like the 1/4 lb dogs but they boil them and the just don't have that snap. And I personally rather grilled or fried Winnie's but that's just me. The chili was ok no beans the way it should be but we live 5 minutes away from QDog and I couldn't pick up my hot dog. Don't think the bun is toasted so it became soggy. Had cheese and mustard with onions so it had potential for flavor but fell short. 1 of the other hot dogs ordere had same problem with bun not holding up even though it didn't have chili. The fries were soggy and not seasoned onion rings were flavored better but batter was falling off. They have burgers that smelled good guess I will try 1 to give this food truck another try. The truck looks clean on inside and out. Really hope they make it but I think the menu is small just burger dogs and fries/ rings. But more than half is lack luster Out of the 3 of us that went just from what we ordered we wouldn't return
